    摘要: A thermostatic switch comprised of a casing having fastened therein a beryllium plate, which is connected to a first conductor, and a contact plate, which is connected to a second conductor, a cap attached to said casing at the top, which has a ceramic rod movably fastened therein and controlled by a bimetal element to press on said beryllium plate or release therefrom causing said beryllium plate to connect said contact plate forming into a closed circuit or disconnect therefrom forming into an opened circuit, a fastening plate secured to said cap by a top cover for fastening the thermostatic switch to a heating unit to be controlled. The beryllium plate has a raised portion engaged in a hole on the first conductor and then fastened together to the casing by a rivet. The contact plate is integrally made on the second conductor and fastened to the casing by a rivet.

    摘要: A multi-ring type leg-wheel comprises a leg-wheel outer ring, a inner ring, and a center cap. The leg-wheel outer ring has a wheel configuration with a shaft support ring located in the middle portion of the leg-wheel outer ring, and there are a plurality of tapered-section hooks equally spaced around the circumference of the shaft support ring. On the outer side of the leg-wheel outer ring, there is cylindrical concaved space. The inner ring has a ring-like configuration; and from the immediate circumference of inner circle of inner ring, there extend a plurality of circumferentially equally spaced cantilever type claws along the axial direction. At the end of each claw, there is a tapered section hook along the claw's width. The center cap has a short barrel shape and it's diameter is equal to the diameter of center hollow space of the inner ring.

    摘要: An in situ inter-dielectric process is disclosed for forming multilevel metal structures. The process includes the steps of:(1) forming an SOG layer on an uneven semiconductor surface,(2) treating a surface of the SOG layer with a plasma in a PECVD chamber, and(3) forming a PECVD oxide layer on the treated surface in the same PECVD chamber.The operating parameters for performing the in situ treatment are as follows:______________________________________Gas: N.sub.2 O or C.sub.2 F.sub.6Pressure: 4-6 TorrTemperature: 300-400.degree. C.Power: 200-400 WattsGap: 300-800 milFlow: 500-1500 sccmTime: 5-15 sec______________________________________Thus, the treatment can be performed in the same PECVD chamber used to form a PECVD oxide layer on the treated SOG layer.Furthermore, the SOG layer surface may be oxidized to produce an organic deficient SiO.sub.x layer at the surface of the SOG layer prior to performing the treatment step (2).

In one embodiment, each of the first and second alignment units is detachably disposed and aligned with the edge of the wallpaper through an adhesive. The first alignment unit has a first elongated main body and a plurality of protrusions extending from the first elongated main body. The second alignment unit has a second elongated main body and a plurality of recesses formed on the second elongated main body to receive corresponding protrusions on the first alignment unit to further align the wallpapers.
