    摘要: Disclosed is a method for analyzing a shape of a wafer. The method includes measuring external shapes of a plurality of wafers, detecting a first point having a maximum curvature in an edge region of each wafer from measured values acquired in the measuring the external shapes of the wafers, detecting a second point spaced apart from the first point in a direction towards an apex of a corresponding one of the wafers, measuring a first angle formed between a first line configured to connect the first point and the second point and a front side of the corresponding one of the wafers, forming a thin film layer on a surface of each wafer, measuring a thickness profile of the thin film layer, and confirming a wafer in which a maximum value of the thickness profile of the thin film layer is the smallest among the wafers.

    摘要: A compressor that vibrates a rotary shaft or changes an operating frequency of a motor, in response to a vibration frequency of a discharge passage falling outside of a normal range. The compressor may include one or more impeller configured to draw in and compress refrigerant; a motor configured to rotate the one or more impeller; a rotary shaft, to which the one or more impeller and the motor are coupled; at least two thrust bearings that limit vibration of the rotary shaft; a vibration measuring sensor configured to measure a vibration frequency of a discharge passage; and a controller configured to control the at least two thrust bearings based on the vibration frequency. Upon determining that the vibration frequency falls outside of a normal vibration frequency range, the controller controls the at least two thrust bearings to vibrate the rotary shaft a predetermined number of times.

Accordingly, the opening and closing portions of the discharge valve may be reduced in size to thereby reduce inertia of the discharge valve. Thus, response of the discharge valve may be increased while simplifying a structure and assembly of the discharge valve.
