摘要: A detonator module provides for the use of a wide range of different addressable switches for use in perforating guns. The detonator module permits pre-assembly of a desired addressable switch and conforms the electrical connectivity to a particular perforating gun. In this manner, nearly any addressable switch can be used from any manufacturer despite having different sizes or wiring layouts. The pre-assembled detonator module can be safely shipped due to a safety shunt that can be removed on site prior to installation into a perforating gun. In one sense, the detonator module permits conformance of multiple different types of addressable switches to a particular type or model of perforating gun, permitting flexible choice of addressable switch for a particular project.

摘要: A method and a composition for suppressing and eliminating dust particulate. The composition includes an aqueous gelling solution, and a proppant particulate. The aqueous gelling solution and the proppant particulate are combined to create a mixture. The aqueous gelling solution and the proppant particulate may be combined using at least one of composition spraying the aqueous gelling solution, mist spraying the aqueous gelling solution, and atomized spraying aqueous gelling solution. The mixture may include around 0.1 weight percent to 5 weight percent w/v of the aqueous gelling solution. The gelling agent may include a suitable viscosifying polymer. The suitable viscosifying polymer may include at least one of natural polymers, derivatives of natural polymers, synthetic polymers, biopolymers, and any combination thereof, guar, xanthan, diutan, scleroglucan, high-molecular weight polysaccharides, any derivative thereof, and any combination thereof, hydropropyl guar (HPG), carboxymethyl guar (CMG), and carboxymethylhydroxypropyl guar (CMHPG).

摘要: An apparatus and method for constructing pre-insulated structural panels is disclosed that has a tongue and groove assembly arrangement. Each panel may include one or more c-channels or profiles embedded in expandable polystyrene (EPS) foam to provide structural integrity to the panels, and resulting wall. The panels may be covered with siding, stucco, or similar materials. A chase may be formed horizontally in the panels to provide a wiring conduit through the panel. The panel may also provide when assembled, a vertical chase formed between the mated panels along the length of the panel for wiring. Acoustical properties may be formed in the surface of the EPS portions to provided added acoustical damping measures.

摘要: Systems and methods for performing insurance related activities are provided. Software can be implemented to provide an application that includes an interactive interface for use by insurance professionals in managing clients, marketing insurance, and storing information. For example, a network application can be implemented that a user can access via a web browser and which is intuitive for quick comprehension and interaction by users. The application can include multiple layers directed to particular stages of the insurance-client relationship. The application can include a workflow wizard to aid the user in managing and maintaining client information and tracking progress. Aggregation services can also be incorporated into the application. Interactive insurance-and-client specific display pages can be incorporated to aid in understanding a client's current insurance information and to generate presentations. “Value” calculators may be implemented to illustrate a comparison of a client's current level of protection to a client's current financial state.

摘要: A multi-step process is provided in which waste material is processed in two or more steps. Specifically, an earlier step of the process heats the waste material at a first temperature. This results in a release of vapors for materials having a boiling point that is lower than the first temperature. A subsequent step of the process heats some or all of the remaining waste material at a second temperature, which is preferably higher than the first temperature. The subsequent heating results in a release of additional vapors for those materials having a boiling point that is lower than the second temperature. A system configured to carry out the process is also disclosed.
