Abstract: Processing chamber shutter blade and robot blade assemblies are constructed to eliminate thermal effects on the placement of elements in processing chambers. Such blade assemblies may contain at least two parts, which may include a positioning member including a low CTE material and a thermal compensating member including a high CTE material. The positioning member includes a coupling point and a reference point on a reference axis separated by a first distance. The thermal compensating member includes a connection point and a controlled point separated by another distance that is less than the first distance. A distance ratio of the first distance to the other distance is substantially equal to a CTE ratio of the high CTE material to the low CTE material, and the positioning member is joined to the thermal compensating member through the coupling point and the connection point.

Abstract: Embodiments presented herein provide techniques for executing a block-based workflow to provide a schedule for a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The block-based workflow includes a plurality of blocks and each block specifies a set of operations to be performed upon execution of each block. One embodiment includes extracting scheduling data from the semiconductor manufacturing environment, determining an allocation of the number of lots to one or more devices operating in the semiconductor manufacturing environment, determining an order in which the lots should be processed by the one or more devices and publishing results of the allocation and processing order to at least one another device in the semiconductor manufacturing environment, based on the plurality of blocks in the block-based workflow.

Abstract: Certain embodiments provide a fuser including a cylindrical fixing belt, a heating unit configured to heat the fixing belt, a pressurized section, a first nip forming section, a second nip forming section, and a moving mechanism. The pressurized section is arranged in contact with the fixing belt. The first nip forming section is fixed in a position where the first nip forming section presses the fixing belt against the pressurized section. The second nip forming section is configured to be movable between a position where the second nip forming section can press the fixing belt against the pressurized section and a position where the second nip forming section is separated from the fixing belt. Abstract: An integrated switching power supply device includes a series-connected body, a driving control element, and external terminals. In the series-connected body, a switching element, a constant current element, and a diode are connected in series. The driving control element controls to drive the constant current element. The external terminals include first to seventh external terminals. The first and second external terminals are connected to main terminals of elements of the series-connected body.
