    摘要: A system and a method are disclosed for generating financial goal packages. Personal and financial information is received from a user. Multiple budgeting strategies are generated based on the received personal and financial information. The budgeting strategies specify an amount of money to be saved by the user every set time period. A selection of a budgeting strategy is received from the user. Multiple goal packages specifying an allocation for the money saved by the user are generated. The multiple goal packages are scored based on the selected budgeting strategy. A goal package is selected based on the scores of each of the goal packages. The selected goal package is displayed to the user via a graphical user interface.

    摘要: A water heater system and method of operating such a system are disclosed herein. In an example embodiment, the water heater system includes a heat exchanger. a heat source inlet by which heated heating fluid can be provided to the heat exchanger, a heat source outlet by which cooled heating fluid can be communicated from the heat exchanger, a water supply inlet by which supply water can be provided to the heat exchanger, and a water supply outlet by which heated water can be communicated from the heat exchanger. Additionally, the system includes a controller, a water supply outlet temperature sensor, a water supply flowmeter, and an actuator. The controller is configured to generate control signals based at least indirectly upon temperature measurements and flow measurements and to provide the control signals to the actuator to regulate a fluid flow of the heated heating fluid into the heat exchanger.

The two side channels each include a pair of spaced apart inverted archwire retaining regions having a recess that opens generally towards the bracket base. Each such recess is for grasping or holding an archwire therein. Other aspects are directed to a self ligating orthodontic bracket system that includes a rotatable member for securing an archwire within a slot of a bracket; embodiments that include an orthodontic appliance and method of producing and using the same, and preferably employed in a lingual orthodontic system, that includes friction reducing features between an interior of an archwire slot portion of the appliance and an archwire placed within the archwire slot.

    摘要: A device is disclosed that provides parasite, dust mite and allergen protection for an encasement used for a mattress or foundation. The device can be part of the original encasement or added as an after-market item to a conventional encasement to prevent the egress of parasites, dust mites and allergens from the gap between the zipper slide and the zipper stop and prevent movement of the zipper slide when the zipper is completely zipped up. The device includes a at least one compressible material that is used. The compressible material is compressed to seal the gap and prevent movement of the zipper slide. In one embodiment of the invention, the device allows the mattress or foundation within the encasement to breathe while blocking parasites, dust mites and allergens from escaping from within the encasement.

According to one aspect, the invention provides a foundation interface device arranged to engage an opening in the wall of an offshore foundation or structure having walls made of a first metal. The interface device has teeth or arms arranged to engage the inside of the opening. The teeth or arms are provided with galvanic protection means. According to one aspect, the galvanic protection means comprises a non-metallic contact member arranged on the teeth or arms, where the non-metallic member is in contact with the inside of the opening. According to one aspect the non-metallic contact member is made of a ceramic material.
