摘要: A water pipe is made of ice from a flexible mold. The mold has a central main sheath to form a central smoke channel in the ice pipe. A core plug is placed in the central main sheath to prevent a collapse of the central main sheath during the freeze process. A bulkhead projects from the side of the mold which has a smoke channel therein. A smoke sheath intersects with the central main sheath to form a smoke channel from a bowl on the smoke channel inlet up the central smoke channel. The ice pipe is placed on a tray having an associated LED entertainment light so as to light up the ice pipe during use.

摘要: A swing training device for baseball, softball, golf players, and potentially racquet sports players that provides feedback as to where the ball is hit. The swing training device comprises a first vertical member rigid and columnar in form connecting to a first horizontal member, being rod-like in form, at a first end. A second end of the first horizontal member comprises a ball-shaped end connecting with a swivel joint to a second vertical member. The swivel ball joint connection allows the second vertical member to rotate at an angle such that the player knows whether their hit contacted the ball in the center, or to the left or right of center, thereby allowing the player to make adjustments in their swing based on angle of rotation of the ball around the first horizontal member.

摘要: A pair of steel skewer racks can be used with flat skewers straddling them. A slanted base face outbound from the vertical support walls to create a wing for rising heat. The inner edge of the slanted base rises slightly above the grill under the vertical support wall. Heat is directed into the central cooking area and away from the skewer tip and handle exposed to the outside area of the opposing racks. The chef's rack has a horizontal groove with a locking lip to lock a food laden skewer in either an up or a down orientation. Vertical slots provide the skewer to be locked at a 90-degree orientation. At the top of the rear rack are semi-circle grooves. The independent racks can be separated to accommodate any length skewer or nested together.

摘要: A method for maintenance of railroad wood ties is presented herein. The wood filler composition used in the method is applicable for filling holes or gaps in wood to stabilize wood structures. The composition comprises at least unintahite, also known as asphaltum or Gilsonite, and sand. The composition may further comprise a water repellant and a wood preservative. The composition is non-carcinogenic. The method comprises filling a hole with the dry composition described herein. The wood member may be a railroad tie and using an appropriate filling device, at least two holes, or at least four holes may be filled at one time.

摘要: A GUI and processor-based method for managing selectable entities such as files and directories. When the number of selectable entities in the GUI is large (e.g. over 50 entities) or if similar operations must be done repeatedly, the user experience can be drastically improved by generating and operating on sets of selectable entities. Users (such as a human user) start by picking a plurality of entities displayed on the GUI and save them in memory as a named selection set. Users operate the GUI to manipulate any such selection sets via various means (such as intersection, union, inversion/negation, or via user defined programs) until a selection set contains only the entities that the user wishes to operate on. The user then directs the GUI to automatically perform any of memory/storage operations and/or network transmission operations upon any files and directories in the selection set as desired.
