摘要： A motor casing includes a frame assembly and a motor base. The frame assembly includes a frame having an inner face defining an air channel, and a plurality of connection members disposed in the air channel. Each connection member has first and second ends. The first ends of the connection members are coupled to the inner face of the frame. The motor base includes a supporting member and a covering member. The supporting member has an inner surface defining a through-hole, and an outer surface coupled with the second ends of the connection members. An opening portion and a coupling portion are formed at two sides of the through-hole. The covering member is coupled to the opening portion of the supporting member and has first and second surfaces. The first surface faces the through-hole of the supporting member. The covering member includes at least one vent.

摘要： A heat-dissipating fan includes a housing having a peripheral wall defining a compartment receiving a shaft seat. The peripheral wall includes a wire-guiding slot in communication with the compartment. A base is coupled to the housing and includes a coil unit and a connection port electrically connected to the coil unit. The connection port faces the wire-guiding slot. A power line includes a first end connected to the connection port and a second end extending through the wire-guiding slot. An impeller includes a hub, a shaft mounted to the hub and coupled to the shaft seat, and a permanent magnet mounted to the hub. The permanent magnet faces the coil unit. The connection port is located on a reference line passing through the shaft seat and the wire-guiding slot. A distance between the connection port and the wire-guiding slot is shortened to enhance assembling convenience of the power line.

The circuit board is electrically connected to an electrically conductive member having an end extending out from the housing.

摘要： The invention discloses a motor with oil storage funciton. The motor includes a base, a bearing, a stator unit and a rotor. The base includes a shaft tube portion having a closed end and an open end. The bearing is received in the shaft tube portion of the base. The stator unit is fixed to the base and has an insulation unit. The insulation unit has a blocking portion extending towards the open end of the shaft tube portion. The rotor includes a hub having a shaft and a permanent magnet. The shaft is rotatably coupled with the bearing, and an air gap is formed between the permanent magnet and the stator unit. The blocking portion of the insulation unit, the shaft tube portion and the bearing jointly form an enlarged oil chamber at the open end of the shaft tube portion.

The base is surrounded by and spaced from the lateral wall. The base is connected to an inner circumferential wall of the lateral wall via the first connection members, wherein each of the first air channels is formed between adjacent two of the first connection members. The at least one second air channel is formed between an outer circumferential wall of the lateral wall and an inner face of the housing. The fan is disposed at one side of the heat sink in the compartment. The light-emitting element is disposed at another side of the heat sink.

摘要： A rotor for a motor includes a shaft having an outer periphery with an engaging portion. At least one coupling member includes an engaging hole. The shaft extends through the engaging hole of the at least one coupling member. The at least one coupling member is engaged with the engaging portion of the shaft by tight coupling. A plastic magnet envelops the shaft and the at least one coupling member by injection molding. The at least one coupling member prevents the plastic magnet from disengaging from the shaft, providing enhanced engaging effect while reducing structural complexity and enhancing assembling convenience.

The first ends of the blades face outwards, and the second ends of the blades define an air-guiding room encompassed by a virtual geometric pattern formed by a virtual line linking the second ends of the blades. The virtual geometric pattern has a maximal diameter. A gap is formed between the second ends of two adjacent blades. The gap is smaller than the maximal diameter of the virtual geometric pattern.

The housing has an assembling opening and an electrical connection member on two ends of the housing, wherein an inner surface of the housing defines a receiving room, and a part of the inner surface of the housing adjacent to the assembling opening is an air-guiding wall. The cooling module is disposed at the assembling opening of the housing to form at least one air channel between the cooling module and the air-guiding wall, wherein the cooling module has an air-guiding passage communicating with the receiving room of the housing. The light emitting diode is coupled with the cooling module. Therefore, there is no air inlet or outlet formed on the housing of the LED lamp, so as to provide a simplified structure and to maintain the exterior integrity of the LED lamp.
