If the beverage contains 2-ethyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazine, the amount thereof is 8-100 ppb, and if the beverage contains 2,3-diethyl-5-methylpyrazine, the amount thereof is 0.7-100 ppb. The feedstock grain is one or more of Job's tears, brown rice, and corn.
