摘要: An image scanning device includes a casing, a paper feeding wheel, a transparent plate, a light bar, and an elastic support member. The transparent plate includes a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface faces the paper feeding wheel. The light bar is located on the second surface of the transparent plate and includes a plurality of light-emitting elements. A position at which the paper feeding wheel is tangent to the first surface defines a tangent position, a position at which the light-emitting elements are projected onto the first surface in a normal direction of the first surface defines a scanning position, and a scanning spacing exists between the tangent position and the scanning position. The elastic support member pushes the light bar and the transparent plate toward the paper feeding wheel. An image scanning equipment with an image scanning device is also provided.

摘要: In a sheet feeder, an input passage has input and output ends and an input location. A first feeder module includes: a first input roller disposed on the input end; a first output roller disposed on the output end; and a first sensing device being disposed near the first input roller and generating a first signal transmitted to a processor upon sensing presence of a first medium. A second feeder module includes: a second input roller disposed on the input end; a second output roller disposed on the output end; and a second sensing device being disposed at the input location and generating a second signal transmitted to the processor upon sensing presence of a second medium. An image acquiring device acquires an image of the first or second medium. The processor controls enabled and disabled states of the first and second feeder modules. A control method of the processor is also provided.

摘要: An image forming device with a collapsible paper guide is provided. The image forming device includes a casing, a first tray structure and a paper guide. A medium gateway opening is formed on the casing. The first tray structure is disposed on the casing and adjacent to the medium gateway opening. The paper guide includes a first base disposed on the first tray structure and a first guiding component pivotally connected to the first base. The paper guide is switchable relative to the first tray structure between a used position and a stored position. A first included angle included between the first guiding component and the first base is less than 90 degrees when the paper guide is located at the used position, so that the first guiding component can be interfered and driven to pivotally fold for preventing the paper guide from being broken or damaged.

摘要: Provided are a consultation service apparatus of an automatic civic service system and an information processing method. A user holds an application document and identity credentials and operates a consultation service apparatus at a public area. The consultation service apparatus is connected to at least one business/institutional organization at a remote end through a network. The consultation service apparatus acquires image information of the application document and the identity credentials through an image scanner, confirms validity of the image information and performs service classification thereon, transmits the image information to a corresponding organization according to a classification result, and generates a certificate of completion for proof of completion of all procedures. By virtue of the automatic application submission mechanism, social cost can be reduced and working efficiency can be enhanced.

摘要: A toner level detector includes a toner cartridge, an agitator, a reflective region, a first cleaner, a second cleaner and a transceiver. The toner cartridge stores toner, and has a light-permeable region. The agitator rotatably disposed in the toner cartridge agitates the toner. The reflective region is disposed on the agitator. The first cleaner is disposed on the agitator. The second cleaner is disposed on the toner cartridge. The transceiver disposed on a body outside the toner cartridge outputs an emitting signal to the reflective region through the light-permeable region. The reflective region reflects the emitting signal to generate a reflective signal received by the transceiver through the reflective region. The rotating first cleaner intermittently cleans the fixed light-permeable region, and the fixed second cleaner intermittently cleans the rotating reflective region.
