Abstract: A duplex scan indicative scanner includes a sheet passage, a transporting mechanism, one single scanning module, a duplex indicator and a connection interface. The transporting mechanism transports a document past the sheet passage. The scanning module scans a first side of the document passing through the sheet passage. The connection interface is electrically connected to an electronic device, the duplex indicator, the transporting mechanism and the scanning module. After the electronic device has controlled, through the connection interface, the scanning module to scan the first side, the electronic device controls, through the connection interface, the duplex indicator to output a duplex indication message to guide a user to place the document or a second document, so that a second side of the document or the second document is scanned by the scanning module. A duplex scan indicative scanning apparatus and a duplex scan indicative scanning method are also provided.

Abstract: In a sheet feeder, an input passage has input and output ends and an input location. A first feeder module includes: a first input roller disposed on the input end; a first output roller disposed on the output end; and a first sensing device being disposed near the first input roller and generating a first signal transmitted to a processor upon sensing presence of a first medium. A second feeder module includes: a second input roller disposed on the input end; a second output roller disposed on the output end; and a second sensing device being disposed at the input location and generating a second signal transmitted to the processor upon sensing presence of a second medium. An image acquiring device acquires an image of the first or second medium. The processor controls enabled and disabled states of the first and second feeder modules. A control method of the processor is also provided.

Abstract: An image capturing apparatus includes a first image capturing module, a first control module, a second image capturing module and a second control module. Abstract: A toner level detector includes a toner cartridge, an agitator, a reflective region, a first cleaner, a second cleaner and a transceiver. The toner cartridge stores toner, and has a light-permeable region. The agitator rotatably disposed in the toner cartridge agitates the toner. The reflective region is disposed on the agitator. The first cleaner is disposed on the agitator. The second cleaner is disposed on the toner cartridge. The transceiver disposed on a body outside the toner cartridge outputs an emitting signal to the reflective region through the light-permeable region. The reflective region reflects the emitting signal to generate a reflective signal received by the transceiver through the reflective region. The rotating first cleaner intermittently cleans the fixed light-permeable region, and the fixed second cleaner intermittently cleans the rotating reflective region.

The processor controls the image acquiring assembly to acquire the image of the image acquiring side according to the program codes and different signals of the operation button and transmits the image to the output unit. Abstract: A portable image capture device includes a main body, an image capture assembly and a handle assembly. The main body includes a top surface, a bottom side disposed opposite the top surface, and an internal space disposed between the top surface and the bottom side. The image capture assembly disposed in the internal space faces the bottom side and performs image capturing. The handle assembly includes a handle part and a start button disposed beside the handle part. Abstract: A rechargeable toner cartridge assembly includes a toner cartridge, a toner refilling bottle and a filter device. The toner cartridge includes a toner refilling hole and a connection portion, both of which are disposed on one end of the toner cartridge and penetrate through a housing of the toner cartridge. The toner refilling bottle contains toner, which is refilled into the toner cartridge through the toner refilling hole. The filter device connected to the connection portion filters the toner off a mixed gas overflowing from the toner cartridge to discharge clean air, wherein the toner cartridge and the filter device are two independent devices. The filter device and a rechargeable toner cartridge without a built-in inner air filter element are also provided.

Abstract: An electronic device for aligning orientations of scanning images includes a scanning module, a storage module, an identification module, a timing unit, an alignment module, and a control unit. The control unit controls the scanning module to scan N scanned objects at different times and to store N scanning images corresponding to the N scanned objects into the storage module. The control unit controls the identification module to identify orientations of the N scanning images. The control unit controls the timing unit to calculate time intervals among the N scanning images. The control unit determines whether to control the alignment module to align orientations of a second scanning image to an Nth scanning image of the N scanning images with orientation of a first scanning image of the N scanning images according to the time intervals among the N scanning images calculated by the timing unit.
