    摘要: A subscriber server routes a terminating call in a network that includes a circuit switched (CS) network, a packet switched (PS) network, and an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). The server receives a request for routing information in relation to the terminating call from a CS node in the CS network. A determination is made at server based on whether a UE associated with the terminating call is registered in the IMS and the UE has access to the PS network. The server instructs the CS node to route the terminating call in the CS network when the UE is not registered in the IMS or when the UE does not have access to the PS network. The server instructs the CS node to send the terminating call to the IMS for handling when the UE is registered in the IMS and when the UE has access to the PS network.

    摘要: An emergency access transfer function (EATF) node is described for use when hand over of a user equipment (UE) from a first to a second access network is performed during an emergency call session (ECS). The EATF node receives a request for transferring the ECS from the first access network to the second access network. The EATF node transfers the ECS of the UE from the first to the second access network when the ECS is known to the EATF node. The EATF node selects a second EATF node from a set of one or more EATF nodes when the ECS is unknown, and forwards the request for transferring the ECS to the second EATF node. The EATF node may be in a first network region and the second EATF node may be in the first or a second network region.

    摘要: A method performs a Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) Packet Switched (PS) to Circuit Switched (CS) handover of an emergency call that is routed over an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network. The call is transferred from a first region served by a first Mobility Management Entity (MME) to a second region served by a second MME. The method includes sending a first handover request from the first MME to the second MME to transfer the call. The first handover request includes an Emergency Session Transfer Number for SRVCC (E-STN-SR) identifying an Emergency Access Transfer Function (EATF) in the first region. A second handover request for handover to a CS access is sent to a target Mobile Switching Centre, MSC, and includes the E-STN-SR. The call is handed over to the CS access using the E-STN-SR to route the call via the EATF in the first region.

    摘要: Network nodes for an access network and a home network of a first UE are described for use when routing an originating call from the first UE in the access network including an IMS network. A network node receives a SIP INVITE message associated with the originating call from the first UE, and including a called party number associated with the call. The network node determines whether the first UE is visiting the access network and whether the called party number is associated with the access network. The network node determines whether the called party number is allowable in the access network. The network node modifies and transmits the received SIP INVITE message towards a home network of the first UE to cause the home network to route the originating call to the access network.

    摘要: Network nodes for an access network and a home network of a first UE are described for use when routing an originating call from the first UE in the access network including an IMS network. A network node receives a SIP INVITE message associated with the originating call from the first UE, and including a called party number associated with the call. It determines whether the first UE is visiting the access network and whether the called party number is associated with the access network. A query to a database is performed, the database comprising a plurality of called party numbers, as to whether the called party number is allowable for use in the access network when the UE is visiting and when the called party number is associated with the access network. Instructing the home network to route the originating call to the access network when a response from the query indicates the called party number is allowable for use in the access network. The home network receives the instruction and routes the originating call to the access network for further processing.
