    摘要: A thromboresistant segmented polyetherurethane compound wherein the polyether segment consists of 99 to 1% by weight of (a) a polytetramethylene ether segment having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 5,000 and 1 to 99% by weight of (b) a polyalkylene ether segment having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 5,000 in which the alkylene group has 2 or 3 carbon atoms, said segments (a) and (b) being contained in the same main chain. The segmented polyetherurethane compound is produced by a process comprising reacting 99 to 1% by weight of a polytetramethylene ether diol having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 5,000 and 1 to 99% by weight of a polyalkylene ether diol having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 5,000 in which the alkylene group has 2 or 3 carbon atoms, with a polyisocyanate compound, and reacting the resulting prepolymer with a chain extender.
