    摘要： A coupling panel for retaining one or more optical fiber couplers that comprises a substantially planar base portion having a front side and a rear side and a plurality of coupler openings that are provided in the base portion and which extend from the rear side to the front side. Each of the coupler openings is sized and configured to receive an optical fiber connector coupler therethrough and includes a coupler attachment mechanism which is sized and configured to releasably hold an optical fiber connector coupler. Each of the coupler attachments has a pair of spaced resilient latch arms having a latch hook thereon for grasping the connector coupler inserted therein.

    摘要： A system and method for sanitizing an item, such as a grocery store shopping cart or a child stroller, for re-use utilizes a passageway having an entrance and an exit and a source of ozinated water. A pump and an associated piping network are used to direct the water, when in an ozinated condition, from the source toward the item so that the surfaces of the item which are struck by the ozinated water are sanitized thereby. The water can be collected after it has been directed toward the item for subsequent use in the system.

    摘要： A method of making temporary roads out of plant fibre includes a first step of providing plant fibre of differing lengths. A second step involves spreading the plant fibre along an intended travel path. A third step involves compacting the plant fibre. It has been found that medium length elongate plant fibre, when present in sufficient quantity, serve to mesh together the short length plant fibre to form a cohesive ground cover mat.

    摘要： A method of site preparation in environmentally sensitive areas. A first step involves determining boundaries of a site. A second step involves removing obstacles, if any, from within the boundaries of the site. A third step involves laying a layer of interlocking wood fibre on the site. A fourth step involves packing down the layer to form a cohesive ground cover mat. The steps of laying a layer of interlocking wood fibre on the site and packing down the layer is repeated to increase a thickness of the cohesive ground cover mat, until a hard packed base of at least six inches in depth has been formed.
