摘要: A method of stacking dethatchers includes pivoting an upper portion of a handle on a first dethatcher toward a front end of a frame on the first dethatcher, upon pivoting the upper portion of the handle toward the front end of the frame, exposing a rear support point defined by a lower portion of the handle, and stacking a second dethatcher on the first dethatcher so that the second dethatcher is supported on the rear support point defined by the lower portion of the handle and a front support point defined by the upper portion of the handle.

The ground aeration device includes an air supply connector for receiving pressurised air from a source, a first supporting element for supporting a drill element for insertion into the ground, and a hydraulic hammer means. The drill element includes a cavity operably connected to an aperture a pneumatic means operably connected to the air supply comprising an actuating means for controlling supply of pressurised air through the drill element. The pneumatic means is arranged on the first supporting element. The aeration device further comprises a second supporting element, slidably attached to the first supporting element. A hydraulic means is attached to the first and second supporting elements. The first supporting element being movable via the hydraulic means from an initial parked position to a first position relative to the second supporting element.

摘要: A self-propelled lawn care appliance for aerating and subsoiling the ground below a turf includes a chassis, an implement with piercing tools movable up and down for piercing the ground for subsoiling, and an optical lane recognition device comprising at least one camera and an image processing unit. In a first mode of operation of the lawn care appliance, the lane recognition device is designed to recognize a hole pattern of an area of the ground previously treated by the lawn care appliance and, based thereon, a boundary of a previously treated lane. In a second mode of operation of the lawn care appliance, the lane recognition device is designed to recognize a defined boundary of the deposited soil material of a ground area previously treated by the lawn care appliance and, based thereon, the boundary of a previously treated lane.

摘要: A soil penetrating apparatus having an automatic tool (e.g., aerator tine) depth control system and method. The system includes an actuator that sets and controls tine depth, a sensor that monitors tine depth, and a controller that controls the actuator in response to the sensor. In some embodiments, the actuator is a hydraulic actuator, wherein once tine depth is set, flow to the actuator is bypassed. A relief may be provided to allow the tines to lift to a shallower depth temporarily when soil hardness exceeds a threshold. The system may then automatically return the tines to the pre-selected depth once soil conditions permit.

The integrated aeration spreader combines a spike-type aeration and sand spreader that fills the aeration holes in a single pass of a vehicle, after having a top dresser vehicle lay sand down over the ground and grass-covered surface to be aerated.
