摘要： The conductive rubber member of the invention has a conductive elastic layer to which conductivity has been imparted and which serves as an outermost layer, and a surface-treated layer formed through impregnating a surface of the conductive elastic layer with a surface-treatment liquid containing at least an isocyanate component and an organic solvent, wherein the surface-treated layer is formed of an upper portion on the outermost side, and a lower portion beneath the upper portion, the upper portion has a density of the isocyanate component which is greater on the inner side than on the surface side within the upper portion, and the lower portion has a density of the isocyanate component that gradually decreases inwardly.

摘要： The method for performing surface treatment of a rubber member includes impregnating a rubber member with a first surface-treatment liquid containing an isocyanate component and an organic solvent, to thereby form a first impregnation layer, and sequentially treating a surface of the rubber member, without exposure to air, with a second surface-treatment liquid for partially removing the isocyanate component present in the first impregnation layer.
