    摘要: To provide a conductive rubber member which exhibits small variation in electrical resistance and a stable electrical resistance for a long period of time. The conductive rubber member include a conductive elastic layer formed of a rubber material which has been imparted with electrical conductivity, wherein the conductive elastic layer has a surface-treatment layer which has been produced through impregnating a surface portion of the conductive elastic layer with a surface-treating liquid containing an isocyanate compound and carbon black which has undergone dispersion treatment.

    摘要: FPGAs and MPLDs, which are conventional programmable semiconductor devices, have had poor cost performance and did not suitably take long signal lines into account. To solve this, a flip-flop is built into each MLUT block comprised of a plurality of MLUTs, each MLUT comprising a memory and an address-data pair. With respect to the adjacent line between adjacent MLUTs, alternated adjacent line are introduced, while in the case of interconnects between non-adjacent MLUTs, dedicated distant line and, furthermore, a torus interconnect network are provided.

    摘要: The conductive rubber member of the invention has a conductive elastic layer to which conductivity has been imparted and which serves as an outermost layer, and a surface-treated layer formed through impregnating a surface of the conductive elastic layer with a surface-treatment liquid containing at least an isocyanate component and an organic solvent, wherein the surface-treated layer is formed of an upper portion on the outermost side, and a lower portion beneath the upper portion, the upper portion has a density of the isocyanate component which is greater on the inner side than on the surface side within the upper portion, and the lower portion has a density of the isocyanate component that gradually decreases inwardly.

    摘要: Provided is a high-strength stainless steel material having less deterioration in mechanical strength and improved workability, particularly bending workability compared with conventional steel materials. The high-strength stainless steel material of the present invention has a specific composition, has a metal microstructure composed of two phases, that is a ferrite phase and a martensite phase, has a γmax of from 50 to 85, the γmax being represented by the following equation (1): γmax=420Wc+470WN+23WNi+7WMn−11.5WCr−11.5WSi+189 (1) wherein, Wc, WN, WNi, WMn, WCr, and WSi; represent contents (unit: mass %) of C, N, Ni, Mn, Cr, and Si relative to the total mass of the stainless steel material, respectively; and has a difference of 300 HV or less in hardness between the ferrite phase and the martensite phase.
