    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a thermoplastic composite bicycle frame comprises a shell forming step: turning thermoplastic composite laminates into shells being assemblable by compression molding, wherein each shell has a cavity surrounded by the shell, at least one straight segment and at least one curved segment connected with each other, the straight segments are aligned with one another, the curved segments are aligned with one another, each straight segment has a straight connecting edge, and each curved segment has a curved connecting edge; a shell assembling step: assembling the shells to make the straight connecting edges overlapped with one another and to make the curved connecting edges butt jointed with one another; and a hot pressing step: turning the straight connecting edges and the curved connecting edges into fusion areas by heating and compressing so as to connect the shells as a bicycle frame component.

    Abstract: A motor mounting assembly of an electric bicycle has a motor-installation mount, a motor unit, and at least one adapting piece. The motor-installation mount has a mounting frame and a lateral cover. The mounting frame is annular and has a first lateral side, a second lateral side, and a lateral opening disposed on the first lateral side. The lateral cover is assembled to the first lateral side and covers the lateral opening. The motor unit is received within the motor-installation mount. Each one of the at least one adapting piece has two fastening portions. One of the fastening portions of each adapting piece is connected to the motor unit. The other fastening portion is clamped between and is connected to the lateral cover and the mounting frame.

    Abstract: A bicycle frame unit for constructing a bicycle frame has two half casing parts and an annular supporting element. The annular supporting element is connected between the half casing parts and has a connecting hole for matching an outer contour of an external post. A gap is formed between the half casing parts and the annular supporting element, and a connecting material fills the gap and connects the half casing parts and the annular supporting element. A manufacturing method of the bicycle frame unit is also provided.

    Abstract: A method for forming a bicycle frame component made of thermoplastic composite laminates has: a shell forming step: manufacturing multiple shells by compression molding; an overlapping step: overlapping two corresponding connecting margins of each two of the multiple shells to form an overlapping section of the two of the multiple shells and deploying a supporting unit within the multiple shells for supporting; a hot compressing connection step: heating and compressing the multiple shells to diffuse polymers of the multiple shells and to turn the multiple overlapping sections into multiple fusion areas for connection; a supporting unit removal step: removing the supporting unit disposed within the bicycle frame component.

    Abstract: A hidden-type shock absorbing bicycle frame has a front vehicle frame, a transmission assembly, a rear vehicle frame, and a damper. The front vehicle frame has a seat tube having two assembly plates. The assembly plate has an upper pivot hole and a lower pivot hole. An assembly space is formed between the assembly plates. The transmission assembly is pivotally connected to the upper pivot holes and has two front arms located in the assembly space and two rear arms located at two sides of the seat tube and extending backwardly. The rear vehicle frame is pivotally connected with the rear arms and is pivotally connected with the seat tube. The damper hidden inside the assembly space has a top end pivotally connected with the front arms and a bottom end pivotally connected to the lower pivot holes.
