摘要： A cable connector including a housing with an inserting hole adapted to receive a flat cable including terminals mounted on the housing that has contact parts to be electrically connected to lead wires of the flat cable. The connector includes an actuator having a main body moveable between a first position to enable insertion of the flat cable and a second position, parallel to the direction of insertion-and-extraction of the flat cable, to connect the lead wires of the flat cable to the contact parts. The actuator includes locked portions on opposite sides of the main body and the housing includes locking portions on opposite sides of the housing which are engaged with the locked portions when the actuator is in the second position. The locked portions include tip edges extending parallel to the direction of insertion-and-extraction of the flat cable when the actuator is in the second position and the locking portions include facing tip edges inclined to the direction of the insertion-and-extraction of the flat cable with the distance between facing tip edges of the locked portions being narrower at the inlet side of the inserting hole. The actuator is mounted to permit rearward shifting movement when the flat cable is not received within the inserting hole which displaces the relative alignment between locked portions and locking portions thereby permitting easier opening of the actuator for insertion of the cable while also providing a secure lock when connection is made with the flat cable.

摘要： An earphone connector having a plug provided with a cylindrical inserted portion and a locking claw that protrudes from the side surface of the inserted portion, and a receptacle provided with a fitting indentation that encloses at least the front-end portion of the inserted portion and an insertion opening formed in a fitting surface that communicates with the fitting indentation. The insertion opening includes a cylindrical portion through which the inserted portion passes and an indentation through which the locking claw passes. A spring member in contact with the locking claw is disposed within the fitting indentation, so that when the inserted portion is inserted into the insertion opening, the locking claw passes through the indentation and is enclosed within the interior of the fitting indentation and the inserted portion is rotated. The spring force of the spring member causes a moment that further rotates the inserted portion to act on the locking claw.

摘要： An earphone is disclosed. The earphone comprises an external auditory meatus insertion member, a casing and a driver unit. At least a part of the external auditory meatus insertion member is insertable into an external auditory meatus. The external auditory meatus insertion member is attached to the casing. The driver unit is disposed within the casing to generate sounds. The casing includes a front space formed in front of the driver unit, a sound guide hole in communication with the front end of the front space to cause sounds to impinge on the external auditory meatus, and a rear space formed in the rear of the driver unit.

摘要： A cable connector including a housing with an inserting hole adapted to receive a flat cable including terminals mounted on the housing that has contact parts to be electrically connected to lead wires of the flat cable. The connector includes an actuator having a main body moveable between a first position to enable insertion of the flat cable and a second position, parallel to the direction of insertion-and-extraction of the flat cable, to connect the lead wires of the flat cable to the contact parts. The actuator includes locked portions on opposite sides of the main body and the housing includes locking portions on opposite sides of the housing which are engaged with the locked portions when the actuator is in the second position. The locked portions include tip edges extending parallel to the direction of insertion-and-extraction of the flat cable when the actuator is in the second position and the locking portions include facing tip edges inclined to the direction of the insertion-and-extraction of the flat cable with the distance between facing tip edges of the locked portions being narrower at the inlet side of the inserting hole. The actuator is mounted to permit rearward shifting movement when the flat cable is not received within the inserting hole which displaces the relative alignment between locked portions and locking portions thereby permitting easier opening of the actuator for insertion of the cable while also providing a secure lock when connection is made with the flat cable.

摘要： An anti-overloading device for use in a restraint-camming apparatus in which the apparatus includes a linear guide for guiding an associated operating member in reciprocating movement and a restraint cam for reciprocating the operating member in its movement has a toggle assembly that which is fixed to the operating member. The toggle assembly comprises a “U”-shaped body, two support links that are rotatably connected to the free ends of opposite free ends of the toggle assembly body portion that engages the ends of the links, and a cam follower rotatably supported by the pin. The cam follower is engaged with the restraint cam to thereby put the restraint cam in a controlled restraint position between the cam follower and a counterpart cam follower roll that is fixed to the operating member. The toggle assembly permits the anti-loading structure can be reduced in size, still permitting the setting of an increased permissible load.

摘要： An ear pad is made of a deformable material and mounted on an earphone, at least a tip of which is insertable into an ear. The ear pad comprises a cylindrical body portion and an elastically deformable portion. The cylindrical body portion has a sound guide hole formed therein, being adapted to cause a sound to impinge on the ear. The deformable portion is connected to a tip of the body portion and spreads from the tip toward a rear end of the body portion, and includes a plurality of slit-shaped openings radially extending therefrom. The body portion includes grooves axially extending therefrom, corresponding to the openings in the outer peripheral surface of the body portion. Each opening overlaps with a corresponding groove in cases where the elastically deformable portion is deformed and pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the body portion.

摘要： An electrical connector is provided for terminating a flat electrical circuit. The connector includes a dielectric housing having an opening at a front end thereof for receiving an end of the flat circuit. A plurality of terminals are mounted on the housing in a side-by-side array and spaced laterally along the opening. An actuator is movably mounted for pivotal movement between an open position allowing the flat circuit to be inserted into the opening with substantially zero insertion forces, a closed position biasing the flat circuit against contact portions of the terminals and an intermediate position whereat the flat circuit is tentatively held in stable condition while allowing readjustment thereof.

摘要： An electrical connector is provided for terminating a flat electrical circuit.
