摘要: Provided are cell, method of manufacturing cell, and battery. The cell includes separator, plural positive electrode sheets and plural negative electrode sheets, the positive and negative electrode sheets are alternately stacked, and the separator is interposed between the positive and negative electrode sheets adjacent to each other. Each positive electrode sheet includes two first long sides oppositely disposed, one of which is provided with positive electrode current collector; and two first short sides oppositely disposed, one of which is provided with first tab, the positive electrode current collector is electrically connected to the first tab; and/or each negative electrode sheet includes two second long sides oppositely disposed, one of which is provided with negative electrode current collector; and two second short sides oppositely disposed, one of which is provided with second tab, the negative electrode current collector is electrically connected to the second tab.

摘要: A positive electrode active composite for lithium-ion batteries, consisting of 40%-60% by weight of a lithium iron phosphate material and 40%-60% by weight of a ternary material. A lithium-ion battery, whose positive electrode includes such active composite, is provided. An upper voltage range is controlled between 3.85-4.1 V, and a lower limit voltage is controlled between 2-2.8 V, which takes into account an operating voltage range of the lithium iron phosphate material and the ternary material, and allows the battery to realize the advantage of ultra-long service life of lithium iron phosphate and ternary material batteries, while achieving the advantage of overall battery safety.

摘要: A positive electrode active composite for lithium-ion batteries, consisting of 60%-99% by weight of a lithium iron phosphate material with an olivine structure and 1%-40% by weight of a layered ternary material. A lithium-ion battery, whose positive electrode includes such active composite, is provided, and in normal use, an upper voltage range is controlled between 3.8-4.0 V. When there is a certain capacity attenuation, a battery voltage can be increased to a range of greater than or equal to 4.1 V and less than or equal to 4.4 V for activation. Under the activation voltage, the lithium-rich ternary material can compensate for the active lithium loss after the battery aging.

摘要: A battery winding apparatus and method is provided. The battery winding method includes steps of providing a first sheet group comprising a cathode sheet, a second sheet group comprising an anode sheet, and a winding mechanism for a winding operation, where the first sheet group and/or the second sheet group are pre-formed with a separator or separators; and winding the first sheet group and the second sheet group by the winding mechanism to obtain a battery cell. The battery winding method forms the first sheet group and the second sheet group by pre-bonding the separator or separators to the cathode sheet and/or the anode sheet to solve the problem of wrinkling of the sheet or changing the core into the S-shaped and low winding efficiency in the prior art.
