摘要: This application provides a nonaqueous electrolytic solution, a lithium-ion battery, a battery module, a battery pack, and an apparatus. The nonaqueous electrolytic solution includes a nonaqueous solvent and a lithium salt. The nonaqueous solvent includes a carbonate solvent and a high-oxidation-potential solvent. The carbonate solvent is a mixture of a cyclic carbonate and a chain carbonate, and the high-oxidation-potential solvent is selected from one or more of compounds denoted by Formula I and Formula II. This application improves electrochemical performance of the lithium-ion battery under a high temperature and a high voltage as well as safety performance such as overcharge safety and hot-oven safety of the lithium-ion battery, and also ensures kinetic performance of the lithium-ion battery to some extent.

摘要: The invention relates to lithium ion batteries and, more particularly, to lithium ion conducting composite polymer electrolyte separators. The separators include a nanofiber mat composed of electrospun nanofibers. The nanofibers include a polymer having one or more polar halogen groups, a lithium-containing solid or liquid electrolyte and nanoparticle filler. The polymer, electrolyte and filler are combined to form a solution that is subjected to the electro-spinning process to produce electrospun nanofibers in the form of the mat.

In at least certain select embodiments, the instant disclosure relates to new or improved lead acid battery separators and/or systems including improved water loss technology and/or methods of manufacture and/or use thereof. 摘要: A positive electrode active composite for lithium-ion batteries, consisting of 60%-99% by weight of a lithium iron phosphate material with an olivine structure and 1%-40% by weight of a layered ternary material. A lithium-ion battery, whose positive electrode includes such active composite, is provided, and in normal use, an upper voltage range is controlled between 3.8-4.0 V. When there is a certain capacity attenuation, a battery voltage can be increased to a range of greater than or equal to 4.1 V and less than or equal to 4.4 V for activation. Under the activation voltage, the lithium-rich ternary material can compensate for the active lithium loss after the battery aging.

摘要: A stabilized lithium metal oxide cathode material comprises microparticles of lithium metal oxide in which individual particles thereof a core of lithium metal oxide and a coating of a different lithium metal oxide surrounding the core. There is an interface layer between the cores and the coatings in which there are gradients of metal ions in the direction of coating to core. The materials are made by a three stage process involving coprecipitating precursor metal hydroxide core particles at a controlled pH; coprecipitating a different metal hydroxide coating on the particles without controlling the pH; and then calcining the resulting coated precursor particles with lithium hydroxide to form the stabilized lithium metal oxide material.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an efficient technique for manufacturing laminates for secondary batteries each having a separator and electrodes, which in turn enables continuous and efficient manufacturing of laminate type secondary batteries. An apparatus for manufacturing a laminate for a secondary battery of the present disclosure includes an electrode roll of a long electrode web rolled into a roll shape; a separator roll of a long separator web rolled into a roll shape; a lamination mechanism for laminating the separator web fed out from the separator roll and the electrode web fed out from the electrode roll while causing the separator web to be bent or curled to form a protruding portion extending across an entire width of the separator web so that the protruding portion is disposed so as to oppose to the electrode web; and a cutting mechanism for cutting at least the electrode web portion in a laminated article of the separator web and the electrode web at a position where the protruding portion has been provided.
