    摘要： An elastic binder for applying support to parts of the body which are damaged or wounded, comprising a plurality of elastic strips which are elastic along their length and substantially inelastic along their width. The adjacent lengthwise edges of each pair of elastic strips are secured together to form a set of at least two combined strips. The combined strips are overlapped along their lengthwise edges and the free lengthwise edges of one combined strip is stitched at measured intervals to the other combined strip which overlaps it. Means are secured at the ends of the combined strips for fastening the strips together in a body-encircling manner.
