A mobile terminal is made to perform real-time handover among different mobile communication networks, or, the allocation of the resources among the plurality of mobile communication networks is adjusted in real time, according to at least one of the following factors or the combination thereof: the multimode supporting capability of the mobile terminal, traffics of cells, operation policies and real-time operating conditions of the plurality of networks.

The present invention sets forth a method for performing packet combined scheduling of dedicated transport channels for packet services in UMTS downlinks, comprising the following steps: a) prior to each DCH scheduling period, performing pre-selection processing of a transport format combination of each DPCH according to the predetermined restriction conditions for the DCH combined packet scheduling, so as to determine a usable transport format combination set for each DPCH; b) restricting a total downlink transmit power of DCHs for NRT packet services to a schedulable power not exceeding a schedulable power value in the estimation of a total downlink power during said scheduling period; c) based on the fairness of DCH transportation and the QoS requirements of the DCH-borne services, determining weighted values which the respective DCHs correspond to in the optimization of the DCH combined packet scheduling; and d) based on the results of steps a), b), and c), calculating the maximum number of bits which each DCH is schedulable to output, using a 0-1 programming algorithm. The present invention guarantees the fairness, priority and QoS (Quality of Service) of different DCHs and can achieve maximum total data throughput.

The present invention provides a method for Voice Handling via Dynamic Home Agents in a Network employing All-IP Architecture, and a system for handling voice call by using this method. The method comprises the following steps: when a first RCU is about to initiate voice call with a second RCU, a first agent address FA will be assigned to a corresponding mobile RCU by the RNC in which the mobile RCU resides; when the RCUs perform the voice call, corresponding Media Gateway (MG) assigns second agent address HA1 and HA2 to the first and second RCUs, respectively. Wherein both HA1 and HA2 are only valid during this call, and when the call is terminated or dropped, HA1 and HA2 will be released back to the pool of the IP addresses of the corresponding MG. The first and second RCUs implement the voice call based on the assigned first and second agent addresses. This method handles voice calls services via Dynamic Home Agents technique in MobileIP, so as to reduce the number of propagation of the IP header in communication channel in a wireless environment, and enhance system resources utilization efficiency.

A network platform is inserted into the signaling path between a roaming subscriber's HLR and all Serving MSCs. The network platform intercepts messages exchanged between the roaming subscriber's Serving MSC and HLR, and extracts and stores information such as Serving MSCID, cell and sector data. The network platform may also modify the exchanged messages in support of service applications.

The present invention discloses a method for resource allocation and rate control of dedicated channels in a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) communication system, the method being characterized by comprising: a) the step of determining channel states of downlink DCH channels for non-realtime data services; b) the step of determining states of the users using said downlink DCH channels; and the step of correlating the channel states determined in step a) with the user states determined in step b), and dynamically allocating the DCH channels with certain rates to the users in the different User states according to a wireless measurement result measured by a current transmission channel and based on the priority and fairness requirements. According to the present invention, the method effectively realizes the bandwidth resource allocation and rate control, improves the radio resource availability and provides users, to the maximum extent, with a data service bandwidth as high as possible.
