    摘要: An apparatus that includes two non-coinciding arrangements disposed in an two axes Cartesian coordinate system such that each arrangement having a non-zero projection on a respective axis from among the two axes. Each one of the arrangements includes a pair of oppositely directed, spaced apart, co-axial radiating-capable elements, each of the elements being hollow with internal space, and being slotted throughout its entire extent. A first circuitry coupled to the arrangement and being configured to sense an electric field projection along the axis and to convey it to a first feeding terminal. A second circuitry coupled to a slot of the arrangement and being configured to sense a magnetic field's projection along said axis and to convey it to a first feeding terminal.

    摘要: A dipole fractal antenna and a method of manufacturing thereof are described. The antenna includes a pair of oppositely directed radiating arms coupled to a feeding terminal and extended therefrom along a central axis in a common plane. At least a portion of each radiating arm has a fractal geometric shape. The antenna also includes at least one pair of electrical shunts configured for connecting at least two points selected within the fractal portion of one radiating arm correspondingly to two points selected within the fractal portion of another radiating arm. The dipole fractal antenna further may comprise a balun arranged at the feeding terminal and configured for coupling the pair of oppositely directed radiating arms to a coaxial cable to provide a balanced feed.

    摘要: A radio frequency (RF) device includes electronic circuitry having a radio frequency section and power connectors for electrically connecting the electronic circuitry to at least one power source for providing the device with power. At least one quarter wavelength transmission line is connected between the power connectors and the electronic circuitry and acts as a low-to-high impedance transformer at RF, while at low frequencies i.e. DC, it provides a physical connection. Thus, the transmission line section has substantially no effect on the DC connection between the power source and the device.
