摘要:
A dual-mass flywheel comprises a primary mass (7) which is adapted to be fastened to a crankshaft (3) of an internal-combustion engine concentric to an axis of rotation (1) and a secondary mass (9) which is mounted for rotation relative to the primary mass (7) around the axis of rotation (1). The secondary mass (9) is coupled in a rotationally elastic manner to the primary mass (7) by a torsion-damping arrangement (19). The primary mass has two formed sheet-metal parts (35, 37) which define a cavity (47) to accommodate springs (17) of the torsion-damping arrangement (19) and is provided with supplementary masses in order to increase the moment of inertia. The supplementary masses may be made up of extensions (45, 63) of the formed sheet-metal parts (35, 37) or of additionally welded-on mass-rings (67). In particular, the supplementary masses are located in a region which is generally radially outwardly of the secondary mass (9).
摘要:
A flywheel assembly has a first flywheel which is detachably connected to the crankshaft of a combustion engine, a second flywheel which can be rotated relative to the first, and a torque transformer, such as a hub disc, which is located in a chamber between the two flywheels, which chamber is filled with a viscous medium and which torque transformer is equipped with a torsion damping unit. The chamber is defined on that side facing the second flywheel by a cover plate, which encloses an air channel between it and the second flywheel, which air channel extends radially outward from a ventilation opening in the second flywheel. The torque transformer is provided radially outward from the ventilation opening with an annular surface, which annular surface extends preferably in the axial direction. The cover plate extends with its radially inward end in the radial direction to the annular surface and in the axial direction to the radially outer portion of the torque transformer, whereby the annular surface defines the maximum radial distance from the torque transformer to the ventilation opening for the change of direction of the air channel.

A two-mass flywheel includes a device (11) that in series with a slip friction clutch (13) couples a secondary mass (5) rotationally-elastically to a primary mass (1). The slip friction clutch (13) includes two side disks (25, 27), similar to cup springs, that engage opposite faces of a center disk (21) at the same effective diameter. The two side disks (25, 27) are preassembled to make a subassembly in which the spring preload can be adjusted after assembly.

A sliding sleeve for a disengagement mechanism for clutch actuation in motor vehicles has at least two pairs of cams with convexities of different heights from an actuation level on the sliding sleeve that is connectable to the clutch. Each of the pairs of cams selectively fits into a window of an oscillating link or clutch release fork, whereby the oscillating window and sliding sleeve have contours that fix the sliding sleeve at one position. By selecting which of the pair of cams engages the oscillating link or clutch release lever, different mounting heights of the actuation level on the sliding sleeve from the oscillating link or the clutch release fork may be realized.
