摘要: A flywheel is attached to a shaft of a turbine. As the shaft rotates, the flywheel swings outwards away from the shaft and regulates the angular velocity of the rotating shaft. In an embodiment, there are multiple flywheels attached to the shaft. In another embodiment there is a first flywheel that controls a second flywheel. In another embodiment, the flywheel has adjustable or centrifugal displacement of counterbalanced masses for effective rotational diameter with effective rotational balance. In another embodiment, a small pilot centrifugal displacement flywheel may control a clutch by rotational velocity and may include a hysteresis control. An example of a clutch may limit that degree to which the arms of the flywheel may be extended and/or retracted. In another embodiment, a small pilot centrifugal displacement flywheel controls the hysteresis of a centrifugal flywheel displacement.

摘要: A torque fluctuation inhibiting device includes a mass body, a centrifugal element and a cam mechanism. The mass body is disposed to be rotatable with a rotor and be rotatable relatively to the rotor. The centrifugal element is disposed to receive a centrifugal force to be generated by rotation of the rotor and the mass body. When a relative displacement is produced between the rotor and the mass body in a rotational direction, the cam mechanism converts the centrifugal force that acts on the centrifugal element into a circumferential force directed to reduce the relative displacement. Additionally, when the torque fluctuations inputted to the rotor have a predetermined magnitude or greater, the cam mechanism makes the mass body freely rotate with respect to the rotor.

摘要: A torque fluctuation inhibiting device includes a mass body, a plurality of centrifugal elements, an actuation preventing mechanism and a cam mechanism. The mass body is rotatable with a rotor, and is rotatable relatively to the rotor. Each of the centrifugal elements is disposed to receive a centrifugal force to be generated by rotation of the rotor and the mass body, and is movable in a radial direction. The actuation preventing mechanism restricts at least one of the centrifugal elements from moving outward in the radial direction when the rotor or the mass body is rotated at a predetermined speed or greater. The cam mechanism converts the centrifugal force into a circumferential force with use of actuation of the plurality of centrifugal elements moved in the radial direction by the centrifugal force when a relative displacement is produced between the rotor and the mass body in a rotational direction.

摘要: A device for inhibiting torque fluctuations includes a mass body disposed in alignment with a rotor in an axial direction. The mass body is rotatable with the rotor, and is also rotatable relatively to the rotor. The device includes a centrifugal element that receives a centrifugal force to be generated by rotation of the rotor and the mass body. A cam mechanism includes a cam and a cam follower. The cam mechanism converts the centrifugal force that acts on the centrifugal element into a circumferential force when a relative displacement is produced between the rotor and the mass body in a rotational direction. The circumferential force is directed to reduce the relative displacement. The cam is provided on the centrifugal element or one of the rotor and the mass body, the cam follower is provided on the one of the rotor and the mass body or the centrifugal element.

A damper device attached to a rotating shaft to suppress amplitude at resonance of the rotating shaft, includes: a damper housing formed annularly and concentrically with the rotating shaft; a plurality of mass bodies annularly arranged around the rotation shaft inside of the damper housing and configured to be movable in the diameter direction by centrifugal force; an annular elastic body, formed of a circular spring-shaped elastic body abutting on the outside of the plurality of the mass bodies, so as to bias the mass body inward; and a biasing member, being a leaf spring-shaped elastic body abutting on the outside of the annular elastic body, so as to bias the annular elastic body inward.

摘要: A variable inertia flywheel having revolute joint assemblies, a roller guide, a first actuator and a second actuator. The revolute joint assemblies are in engagement with a primary mover and include a first member, a second member and a roller. The roller guide is disposed about the revolute joint assemblies. An inner surface of the roller guide is in contact with the rollers and defines cam profiles that cause the rollers to extend and contract, creating a torque disturbance opposed to a primary mover torque ripple. The first actuator is in engagement with the roller guide and moves the roller guide, changing the amplitude and/or the phase angle of the torque ripple. The second actuator is in engagement with the roller guide and rotates the roller guide, changing the phase angle of the torque ripple.

The torsional vibration reducing apparatus includes a rotating body having a rolling chamber, and a rolling body including a support shaft portion, a first flange portion, a second flange portion, a first corner portion, and a second corner portion. The support shaft portion is housed in the rolling chamber. The flange portions are located respectively at either end of the support shaft portion in an axial direction. A position defined by the support shaft portion and the first flange portion is the first corner portion, and a position defined by the support shaft portion and the second flange portion is the second corner portion. In a section of the rolling body that is along a central axis of the support shaft portion, sectional shapes of the first corner portion and the second corner portion differ from each other.
