摘要:
Cross-country or telemark binding (10) which is mounted on the top face of a ski, especially on a mounting plate (12) mounted thereon, so as to be longitudinally displaceable (arrow 13) and which is lockable in a plurality of sliding positions by means of a locking device (14). The locking device is subdivided into a first locking unit (23), which is active only in the forward direction, and a second locking unit (24), which is active only in the rearward direction, so that on unlocking of that locking unit (23) which is active only in the forward direction the binding is displaceable only in the forward direction (arrow 25) and on unlocking of that locking unit (24) which is active only in the rearward direction the binding is displaceable only in the rearward direction (arrow 26).

Outsole for a sports shoe, especially a cross-country ski boot or telemark boot, consisting of a rear portion, which comprises a shoe heel, and a front portion, which is of slightly dish-shaped configuration, the outsole being produced so as to be continuously of relatively hard material, especially plastics, and being provided on the tread side, both in the region of the front portion and in the region of the rear portion, with a tread layer of relatively soft, especially rubber-like, material. That tread layer, together with the associated outsole portions of harder material, defines a predetermined overall sole thickness or sole height (h). The front portion of the outsole is of substantially continuously smooth construction at least on the side of the upper and, whilst having an unchanging predetermined overall thickness (h), has, at least in the region of the so-called metatarsophalangeal zone (M), a considerably reduced thickness (d) which corresponds to at most about 50%, especially 30-35%, of the overall thickness (h) of hard and soft material.

Ski binding (10) for fixing a ski shoe that comprises an upper and a sole (11), having a front retaining element (12) associated with the front end of the sole, a rear retaining element (13) arranged to engage at the foresole or at the heel of the ski shoe, a tensioning means (15, 16, 17, 19) effective between front and rear retaining elements, and having a means, associated with the front retaining element (12) and pivotally mounted relative to the latter about a horizontal axis, for supporting the front end of the sole or sole-supporting means (28), wherein the pivotal axis (29) associated with that supporting means simultaneously defines the pivotal axis about which a structural unit (26) comprising the front and rear retaining elements is pivotable when the shoe heel is lifted or lowered. The sole-supporting means (28) associated with the front end of the sole is pivotable relative to the structural unit (26) and is lockable, as required, by a separate locking element (30).

The present invention relates to a spring cartridge for a ski binding, wherein the ski binding has a rotatable front binding part for attachment of a ski boot, and is in particular a telemark ski binding. In the binding the spring cartridge provides tension to a biasing cable which biases the rotatable front binding part, so as to rotate the front binding part so that an attached ski boot would be brought into contact with the ski to which the ski binding is attached. The spring cartridge comprises an extended hollow housing open at both ends, a compression spring held within the extended hollow housing and a pressure stub held partly within the compression spring. The pressure stub is structured with an extended portion having a cross dimension smaller than the interior size of the compression spring and a head having a larger size than the interior size of the compression spring. The extended portion extends within the internal hollow of the compression spring and is also hollow and provided with an internal screw thread in the hollow section for threadable engagement with an external screw thread at the end of a biasing cable of a ski binding, the biasing cable being threadable through the centre of the compression spring to the pressure stub. With rotation of the pressure stub this would thus lead to a change in the amount of the biasing cable held within the hollow section, when present, and thus change the amount of compressive force acting on the compression spring.

Ski binding, in particular a touring, telemark or cross-country binding, with a front retaining element associated with the front end of the sole, a back retaining element designed to engage the front part of the sole of a ski boot or the heel of the boot and a tensioning device connecting the front and back retaining elements to one another, which allows the front and back retaining elements to be locked to the ski boot and, in particular, allows the heel of the boot to be raised from the ski while in the locked state, such that at least one spring-loaded release mechanism is associated with the tensioning device in order to release the lock between ski binding and ski boot under the action of a torque that exceeds a specified threshold magnitude and is exerted on the ski or boot about an upright axis of rotation, and/or of a force manually exerted on an essentially only positive-fit locking element.

Touring, telemark or cross-country ski binding (10) for securing a ski boot comprising a leg and a sole, having a front retaining element (12) associated with the front end of the sole, a rear retaining element (15) formed to engage on the foresole or on the heel of the ski boot, and a biasing device (19), effective between the front and rear retaining elements, by means of which the ski boot is clampable between the front and rear retaining elements in such a manner that the heel thereof is freely liftable. The front retaining element (12) is pivotally mounted relative to the binding (10, 11) and the ski on the one hand, and relative to the rear retaining element (15) on the other hand, about an axis (13) which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the binding and sole and approximately parallel to the sole tread.

A cross-country ski binding (1) for cross-country ski shoes (2) which includes a sole front end (9) having a member which complements and engages a member of the binding (1). A pivot axis member (8) extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the shoe and approximately parallel with the outsole surface and the binding members includes a retaining hook (3) which partially encompass the pivot axis member (8) and defines a hinge therewith. The retaining hook is adapted to move between a closed position and a release position. An elastically deformable element (10) engages the front of the ski shoe for elastically restoring the shoe (2) from an upward pivotal position to a position approximately parallel with the ski. The retaining hook (3) is maintained in the release position by a locking member (4) which is actuated by stepping the shoe into the binding, and particularly the sole-integrated pivot axis (8) which engages and pivots the locking member to the unlocking position. The retaining hook (3) is then freely movable to its closed position in which is encompasses the sole-integrated pivot axis (8). A spring (21) is coupled by an actuating lever (22) to the hook to move the hook to the closed position.

A lateral guide device for a ski boot is disclosed which may be joined by its front end to a binding (13) with a housing (19). The bonding is fastened onto the ski such that the boot heel may be tilted upwardly relative to the ski. The device includes at least one longitudinal guide rib unit (12) cooperating with a complementary longitudinal groove at the underside of the sole of the ski boot so as to ensure a lateral guidance of the ski boot when the latter is rolled from an upwardly tilted position into a position approximately parallel to the ski. For the purpose of adaptation of the device to different shoe sizes and for facilitated assembly, the longitudinal guide rib unit (12) may be connected, with positive locking action, either directly to the binding (13) or the binding housing (19), respectively, or through a rear section (11) to a front section (10) of the longitudinal guide rib unit (12), which is preferably joined to the binding (13). The longitudinal guide rib unit (12) or the rear section (11) where provided includes at least one breakable segment (16) in the connecting zone (26) of the rib unit which is located specifically in the region of the plantar arch of the ski boot.
