摘要: The present invention relates to a press brake for bending metal sheets wherein: at least one stopper is disposed in each slot, each stopper comprising a first wedge having a first end secured to the first slot edge and a second end forming a first surface, and a second wedge having a first end secured to the second slot edge and a second end forming a first surface; and the first surface of at least one of the first and second wedges has a central portion that is domed or protuberant relative to the other portions of said surface so that the contact between the first and the second wedges is established essentially over said central portion.

摘要: A pachymeter apparatus for measuring corneal thickness is configured for the calculation of intraocular pressure (“IOP”). The apparatus includes a pachymeter for measuring corneal thickness as well as a microprocessor and a user interface. A reading of IOP from a tonometer can be entered into the device and corrected according to the pachymeter reading of corneal thickness. Correction algorithms are user selectable and user customizable. A pachymeter may have a graphical display which displays multiple locations at which measurements are to be taken. A pachymeter may use a capacitor charged by a variable current supply to measure times for signals to be reflected from a back side of a cornea.

摘要: The invention concerns a hydraulic steering arrangement (1) with a supply connection arrangement having at least a high-pressure connection (P) and a low-pressure connection (T), a working connection arrangement having at least two working connections (L, R), a steering unit (7), which can be activated by a steering transducer (2), the steering unit having a first load-sensing connection (LS1), and a steering valve (8) having a second load-sensing connection (LS2), the steering unit (7) and the steering valve (8) being arranged in parallel with each other between the supply connection arrangement and the working connection arrangement. It is endeavoured to ensure a good steering behaviour. For this purpose, a priority valve (12) is connected in series with the high-pressure connection (P), said priority valve (12) having a third load-sensing connection (LS3), which is connected with the first load-sensing connection (LS1) via a pipe (23), in which is located a control valve (24) that can be activated by the second load-sensing connection (LS2).
