摘要： A composition is disclosed which is useful in preventing dental plaque and tartar from forming on the teeth. The composition includes compounds which are esters or their mono or double salts derived from lysine in combination with straight chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated, monovalent aliphatic alcohols having 4 to 20 carbon atoms.
