Abstract:
Label assemblies and methods of manufacturing label assemblies are described. In an aspect, a label assembly includes a post-consumer waste (PCW) paper layer and a thermal coating applied at a side of the post-consumer waste paper layer. The post-consumer waste paper layer may have a fiber density that allows the thermal coating to sit on the side of the post-consumer waste paper layer while reducing absorption of the thermal coating within the post-consumer waste paper layer.
Abstract:
A tattoo that does not require water to be applied to a surface is described, as well as a method and apparatus for producing the tattoo. The tattoo comprises a base layer, a transfer coating adhered to the base layer, an ink layer adhered to the transfer coating, an adhesive layer adhered to the ink layer and a top layer adhered to the adhesive layer. The top layer is peelable off the adhesive layer and the base layer is peelable off the tattoo if the adhesive layer is pressed onto a surface. The tattoo can be produced on a printing press.
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pill delivery apparatus. The method includes providing an inner core having an outer surface and providing an outer sleeve comprising an opening defined therethrough, the outer sleeve having an inner surface. Further, the method includes defining a passageway on the outer surface of the inner core such that positioning the outer sleeve over the inner core defines a delivery chute for delivering a plurality of pills between the passageway and the inner surface of the outer sleeve.
Abstract:
Label assemblies and methods of manufacturing label assemblies are described. In an aspect, a thermal sheet includes a post-consumer waste (PCW) paper layer and a thermal coating applied at a side of the post-consumer waste paper layer. The post-consumer waste paper layer may have a fiber density that allows the thermal coating to sit on the side of the post-consumer waste paper layer while reducing absorption of the thermal coating within the post-consumer waste paper layer.
