    摘要： An oral care implement is provided with a head platform having a plurality of faces and an insert retention space formed therebetween. The oral care implement can have an insert disposed within the insert retention space. The insert can include an oral care agent that is dispensed through one of the faces. The oral care implement can include a plurality of support members on the plurality of faces from which cleaning elements extend. The oral care implement can further include a fluid-permeable and/or air-permeable support member on one of the faces and an insert containing a fluid-permeable and/or air-permeable agent. The oral care implement can be formed by affixing a first AFT-tufted carrier plate to a first face of the head platform and affixing a second AFT-tufted carrier plate to the second face of the head platform.

The oral care implement can have flexibly mounted cleaning elements extending in opposite directions. The oral care implement can include a handle and a head with tooth cleaning elements extending from fixed pods and one or more central pods suspended between the fixed pods via a bridge. The bridge may be formed from an elastomer and permit the one or more central pods to move from an initial position toward and away from the head platform during use. The one or more central pods can include first cleaning elements extending in a first direction toward the first face and second cleaning elements extending in a second direction opposite the first direction. The second cleaning elements can extend through one or more apertures in the head platform.

The quality assurance application server includes an application configuration module which has a data configuration module configured to define configurable reference fields to be captured and reviewed during the processing of the records. The application configuration module also has a rules configuration module to receive, create or modify a set of rules where the configurable reference fields are selectable when the rules are defined. The system also includes a portal module for processing the received records and applying the set of rules to the record. The portal module includes a quality assurance records review module configured to evaluate and validate the received records and to generate an output utilized to validate the record to ensure compliance with a data recipient, for example payer billing, standards.

In one embodiment, a toothpaste formulation contains ultraviolet brighteners as a whitening ingredient that has a whitening or bleaching effect when in contact with ultraviolet radiation. The activation of the brighteners may occur through the use of a toothbrush having a UV source. In yet another embodiment, a toothpaste formulation contains an oxidizing agent as a whitening ingredient, the activation of which occurs through the use of a toothbrush having a source of light energy which includes LEDs in the bristle field.

Resources (e.g., applications) that are under the control of the directory services are managed consistent with the contents of the data structure.
