    摘要: A glass ceramic contains the following components by wt %: 60 to 80% of SiO2; 4 to 20% of Al2O3; 0 to 15% of Li2O; more than 0 but less than or equal to 12% of Na2O; 0 to 5% of K2O; more than 0 but less than or equal to 5% of ZrO2; 0 to 5% of P2O5; and 0 to 10% of TiO2. A crystalline phase contains at least one of R2SiO3, R2Si2O5, R2TiO3, R4Ti5O12, R3PO3, RAlSi2O6, RAlSiO4O10, R2Al2Si2O8, R4Al4Si5O18, quartz and quartz solid solution. With a liquidus temperature below 1,450° C., a thermal conductivity above 2 w/m·k, and a Vickers hardness above 600 kgf/mm2, the glass ceramic is applicable to portable electronic devices and optical devices.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a microcrystalline glass, a microcrystalline glass product, and a manufacturing method therefor. The main crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass comprises lithium silicate and a quartz crystal phase. The haze of the microcrystalline glass of the thickness of 0.55 mm is below 0.6%. The microcrystalline glass comprises the following components in percentage by weight: SiO2: 65-85%; Al2O3: 1-15%; Li2O: 5-15%; ZrO2: 0.1-10%; P2O5: 0.1-10%; K2O: 0-10%; MgO: 0-10%; ZnO: 0-10%. A four-point bending strength of the microcrystalline glass product is more than 600 Mpa.

    摘要: A high-hardness transparent glass ceramic and a preparation method therefor, wherein the components by weight percentage include: 55.0%-70.0% of SiO2, 15.0%-20.0% of Al2O3, 0%-10.0% of MgO, and 0%-12.5% of ZnO, necessarily including one of MgO or ZnO, and the crystallized glass thereof contains microcrystals of spinel crystal. In the present invention, a suitable precursor glass is subjected to thermal treatment, and microcrystals are separated from the glass substrate by crystallization, producing a glass ceramic having a Moh's hardness greater than 7 and a visible-light transparency rate greater than 80% through 1 mm of the glass. The glass ceramic of the invention overcomes the problem that ordinary optical glass is easy to be scratched. The present glass ceramic can be served as protective face for mobile phones, protective glass for optical instruments and in communications equipment, substrate for magnetic disks, LCD panel, or protective glass for other optoelectronic devices.

    摘要: The present invention provides a high refractivity and high dispersion optical glass and optical element with small relative partial dispersion (Pg,F), high transmittance and good chemical stability. For optical glass, with anion as O2−, wherein a cation thereof contains the following components by weight percentage: 12-25% of Si4+; 58-75% of Nb5++W6++Zr4+; 8-25% of Li++Na++K+; 10% of Ba2+ or less. Based on the reasonable component design, the refractive index of the optical glass is 1.81-1.89, the Abbe number is 20-29, Pg,F is 0.5956-0.6199, and the corresponding wave length λ70 is below 450 nm when the transmittance reaches up to 70%. Therefore, the optical glass provided by the present invention is applicable to high-quality optical elements.
