    Abstract: A display substrate, comprising: a display region, a pad bending region, and a first transition region located between the display region and the pad bending region, wherein the display region is provided with a signal line layer; the pad bending region is provided with a first wire layer; the first transition region is provided with a first connecting layer; the first connecting layer is provided with a first step formed by at least one inorganic insulation layer; the signal line layer is electrically connected to the first connecting layer through a first through hole provided in the first step; and the first wire layer is electrically connected to the first connecting layer.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a first transistor, a third transistor, and a storage capacitor, the pixel circuit further including a base substrate and a first semiconductor layer and a first conductive layer stacked on the base substrate. The first semiconductor layer includes a first active layer of the first transistor and a third active layer of the third transistor. The first conductive layer includes a first electrode plate and a first gate block of the storage capacitor, an overlapping area of the first gate block and the first active layer of the first transistor serves as a gate electrode of the first transistor, the first electrode plate serves as a gate electrode of the third transistor, and an overlapping area of the third active layer of the third transistor and the first electrode plate serves as a channel region of the third transistor.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, a display panel, and display device are disclosed. The pixel circuit includes a data writing circuit, a driving circuit, and a compensation circuit. The compensation circuit is connected to a control terminal, a first terminal, and a second terminal of the driving circuit, and is configured to write a compensation voltage based on a first reset voltage into the control terminal of the driving circuit; the data writing circuit is connected to the control terminal of the driving circuit and is configured to write a coupling voltage based on a data voltage into the control terminal of the driving circuit; and the driving circuit is configured to control a driving current for driving a light-emitting element to emit light under control of a voltage applied to the control terminal of the driving circuit.
