    Abstract: A gear motor for decreasing speed at a mechanical power output is provided with a housing; a supporting shaft through the housing; an electric motor in the housing and including a stator secured to the supporting shaft, and a rotor surrounding the stator and driven by the outer stator; a planetary gear train surrounding the rotor and including planet gear assemblies, a stationary ring gear at one end of the planet gear assemblies, and a driving ring gear at the other end of the planet gear assemblies. The driving ring gear rotates the housing either in one direction or in each of two opposite directions. The planet gear assemblies and the rotor form an annular rotor. Each planet gear assembly includes coaxial first and second planet gears. The first planet gear meshes the stationary ring gear. The second planet gear meshes the driving ring gear.

    Abstract: A dynamic clutch apparatus for an electrical nail gun is disclosed and includes a pair of symmetric direct stroke apertures formed on a gun body support; a firing pin set slidably installed on a side of the gun body support; a guiding base movably installed inside the gun body support; a pair of symmetric oblique stroke apertures formed on the guiding base. Aperture walls of the oblique and direct stroke apertures encircle and form an interconnected through aperture. Two pivot bearings are slidably installed inside the through aperture. A flywheel for accumulating kinetic energy is installed between the pivot bearings coaxially. An electromagnetic driver drives the guiding base to move, causing the through aperture to restrict the pivot bearings and the flywheel to move and press the firing pin set. Then, the firing pin set passes nail-percussion kinetic energy along a nail-percussion axial direction.

    Abstract: A device for driving a plurality of fasteners includes a driver assembly having a drive block, a flywheel and a driver mount. The driver mount is configured to move between a first position where the flywheel is removed from the drive block and a second position where the flywheel engages the drive block. The device also includes a work contact element configured to move between an extended position and a depressed position. A blocking arm is connected to the work contact element and configured to move with the work contact element. The blocking arm is positioned in a path of movement of the driver mount when the work contact element is in the extended position. The blocking arm is removed from the path of movement of the driver mount when the work contact element is in the depressed position.

    Abstract: A nailing depth adjusting device of a palm-type nail gun, installed in a containing recess, which is for the hammer rod to go through, at the bottom of the nail gun body. In side of the containing recess is provided with at least one guiding indentation and an adjusting sleeve. One end of the adjusting sleeve adjacent to the guiding indentation is slidably engaged in an outside wall of a guiding piece by threads. The guiding piece includes at least one guiding pillar slidably engaged in the guiding indentation. Users may rotate the adjusting sleeve to control the position of the guiding piece. Inside the adjusting sleeve is provided with an telescopic conduit. One end of the conduit is exposed outside of the adjusting sleeve. The conduit can touch the surface of the work piece, which causes the conduit to move until touching the guiding piece and thereby, adjust the nailing depth of the hammer rod.

    Abstract: A braking and driving mechanism includes a guide plate, a driving rod, a magazine, and a pressing rod. The guide plate includes a longitudinal nail groove extending along a direction same to a nail driving direction of the nail gun. The longitudinal nail groove is communicated with a nail driving groove. The driving rod is slidably assembled on an end side of the guide plate along the nail driving direction. A stopping portion is formed on an end side of the driving rod. The magazine is transversely disposed on an end wall of the guide plate. An inner portion of the magazine defines a longitudinal guide groove for supplying nails. The longitudinal guide groove receives a plurality of nails therein and is communicated with the longitudinal nail groove. More than one nail pushing pieces capable of providing an elastic force are arranged in the longitudinal guide groove. The nail pushing pieces are configured for pushing the nails to pass through the longitudinal nail groove and enter into the nail driving groove one by one for shooting. The pressing rod consists of a bar shaped arm with its two opposite ends extending to respectively form a tongue portion and a pushing portion. A pivot portion is formed between the tongue portion and the pushing portion. The pressing rod is pivotably disposed in the magazine via the pivot portion. An elastic member for driving the arm to transversely press a main body of each of the nails is disposed on the pushing portion. If the number of remaining nails in the magazine is equal to a default number the elastic member drives the tongue portion to move to a position where the tongue portion can block the stopping portion such that the movement of the driving rod is braked.

    Abstract: A trigger valve includes a valve base, a valve rod, a sliding portion and a shuttle valve. The valve base is disposed at a gun body of the nail gun between a compressed chamber and a main air valve of the nail gun. The valve rod is capable of being driven by a trigger of the nail gun to move so as to open or close high pressure air from the compressed chamber into the valve base.     Abstract: A bushing for conducting air in a nail gun is arranged between an air chamber and a cylinder received in a housing of the nail gun. The bushing is adjacent to a bottom of a main valve for driving hitting motion of the nail gun.     Abstract: A control device for hitting nails of a pneumatic nail gun includes a control valve. The control valve is arranged in a main air flow passage between a trigger of the nail gun and the main air valve. The control valve has valve cover to open or close the main air flow passage. A valve bolt is slidably disposed in the valve cover. The valve bolt can be driven by the high pressure air to move down.
