    摘要: A watersports boat includes a hull having an underside defining a running surface that contacts water when the hull moves therein. An aft running surface section of the hull has (a) a trailing edge forming an aft-most point of the contact with water along any given buttock line of the hull when the hull is moving forward, (b) a non-repositionable aft running surface section forming a first portion of the trailing edge, and (c) a re-positionable aft running surface section forming a second portion of the trailing edge. The first portion of the trailing edge and second portion of the trailing edge meet substantially tangent to one another.

    摘要: A badge assembly comprises a badge, a cushion and a cable. The badge has a front surface and a rear surface, a cable mounting point located on the rear surface and at least one alignment prong extending from the rear surface. The cushion includes padding and a substrate, a cable routing hole extending through at least the padding, the badge being seated in the padding over cable routing hole and the at least one alignment prong extending into the padding adjacent the cable routing hole. The cable extends through the cable routing hole and has a first end connected the cable mounting hoop in the cable mounting hole and a second end fastened to the substrate, a tension of the cable holding the badge at a recessed depth within the padding. The cable has a predetermined length to set the desired depth.

An upper portion of the vertical support is at a height substantially above a level of the operator station, and a container is onboard and proximate the starboard and port sides, wherein water from a body of water within which the vessel is operating is directed into the container for weighing down a stern of the vessel to provide the ballast so as to modify a wake created for a wakeboarder or the like being towed by the vessel using a tow rope attached to the upper portion of the vertical support.

    摘要: A boat comprises a hull, a primary steering mechanism carried by the hull, a control station located on the hull, a helm located at the control station, and a thruster system carried by the hull. The primary steering mechanism, such as a rudder, is operable via the helm with a helm input being derived from operation of the primary steering mechanism thereby. The thruster system includes at least one thruster mounted to the hull, distinct from the primary steering mechanism, and a controller. The controller receives the helm input and is configured with program instructions to operate the at least one thruster responsive to the helm input to supplement a corresponding movement of the hull. The controller can also automatically operate the thruster responsive to direction, speed and ballast inputs.
