The liquid crystal panel is disposed on a backlight module, comprising at least one seal element disposed on edges of the liquid crystal panel, comprising a first transparent substrate, a second transparent substrate, an active circuit array, a liquid crystal layer, and seal elements. The active circuit array, the liquid crystal layer and the seal elements are disposed between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate. The second transparent substrate corresponds to the backlight module. The fixing structure comprises a frame and elastic elements. The elastic elements are adhered to a lower surface of the frame. The elastic elements are sandwiched between the frame and the first transparent substrate. The elastic elements contact the first transparent substrate in positions above the seal elements.

The frame has a top part and a bottom part opposite to the top part, and the bottom part faces the back bezel. The circuit board is configured on the top part of the frame and has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The second surface faces the frame, and the circuit board has a ground area on the second surface. The assembling element pierces through the frame and connects the frame to the back bezel. The gasket leans against the ground area of the circuit board and the assembling element to form a conductive path from the ground area, the gasket, the assembling element to the back bezel.
