Abstract:
An antenna array comprises a substrate, radiation conductors, a first transmission network, a second transmission network, support members and a grounding plane. The radiation conductors are symmetrically arranged on the substrate. The first transmission network has a first feeder point and feed arms connected to the radiation conductors, wherein each feed arm of the first transmission network and the radiation conductor connected to the feed arm include an angle of 80-100 degrees. The second transmission network has a second feeder point and feed arms connected to the radiation conductors, wherein each feed arm of the second transmission network and the radiation conductor connected to the feed arm include an angle of 80-100 degrees. The radiation conductors, the first transmission network and the second transmission network are all disposed on an identical surface of the substrate. The support members are used to support the substrate and assembled to the grounding plane.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses an antenna conductor layout method and an antenna array fabricated thereby. The antenna array of the present invention comprises a first conductor array having a plurality of first conductors arranged on a substrate to have a rectangular layout and a second conductor array having a plurality of second conductors also arranged on the substrate to have a rectangular layout. The first and second conductor arrays are arranged to form a symmetric antenna array, wherein the conductors are space-efficiently disposed without interfering with the radiation pattern, whereby designing the mechanism and installing the antenna becomes easier.
Abstract:
A wide band antenna has a ground plane, a dielectric member and a radiating patch. The dielectric member is mounted on the ground plane. The radiating patch is held by the dielectric member, is mounted on the ground plane and has a main conductor, a feeding conductor, a coupling conductor, an extension conductor and a shorting conductor. The main conductor has a first resonant mode. The extension conductor has a second resonant mode. The coupling conductor is capable of feeding high frequency signals into the main conductor and the extension conductor by capacitive coupling effect. With the main conductor, the extension conductor and the coupling conductor, the size of the wide band antenna is effectively reduced.
Abstract:
An antenna is formed integrally into one piece and has a ground plane, a feeding strip and two pairs of radiating patches. The feeding strip is connected integrally to the ground plane. The pairs of the radiating patches are formed symmetrically and integrally on the feeding strip. The antenna formed integrally into one piece simplifies the manufacture of the antenna lowers the manufacturing cost of the antenna.
Abstract:
An antenna array includes five grounding plates, a signal transmission part, two radiation conductors, and a signal feed cable. The first and fifth grounding plates located at the same plane are substantially perpendicular with the second and fourth grounding plates respectively. The second and fourth grounding plates respectively connected to the first and fifth grounding plates extend with the same direction and have two holes or grooves. The third grounding plate connected between the second and fourth grounding plates is substantially perpendicular with the second and fourth grounding plates. The signal transmission part passing through the two holes or grooves is substantially perpendicular with the second and fourth grounding plates. The signal transmission part is connected between the two radiation conductors. The signal feed cable includes a central conductor connected to the signal transmission part and an outer conductor connected to the third grounding plate.
Abstract:
An antenna array comprises a plurality of radiation conductors, a first transmission network and a second transmission network. The radiation conductors are arranged symmetrically. Each radiation conductor has a first lateral and a second lateral. The first laterals are extended to delineate a first transmission network area. The second laterals are extended to delineate a second transmission network area. The first transmission network is arranged in the first transmission network area and has a first feeder point. The feed arms of the first transmission network are connected to the first laterals of the radiation conductors. The second transmission network is arranged in the second transmission network area and has a second feeder point. The feed arms of the second transmission network are connected to the second laterals of the radiation conductors.
Abstract:
An assembly antenna array comprises a ground plate, a pair of first radiation conductors, a first transmission member, first support rods, a pair of second conductors, a second transmission member, and second support rods. The ground plate has an upper surface and a lower surface. The layout size of the assembly antenna array is reduced via arranging the arrayed first radiation conductors and the arrayed second radiation conductors vertically to each other. The mutual interference between the transmission members is inhibited via respectively arranging the transmission members and the feeding ends of the two pairs of radiation conductors on different surfaces. A feeder cable is connected to an appropriate position of each transmission member to enable each pair of radiation conductors to have a phase difference of 180 degrees, whereby cross-polarization is reduced, and the gain are increased.
