    摘要: A chips dischargeable wiper is disposed at the end of a nut, the wiper is defined with a flange, a plurality of ribs integrally formed with the flange, and a plurality of through holes located beside the flange. The flange is used to mate with the helical groove of the ball screw in such a manner at least a rib tapered from outside in is disposed between the flange and the screw shaft, which not only can reduce the resistance of the wiper, but also can effectively prevent intrusion of foreign objects into the screw shaft and can prevent leakage of lubricating agent. Furthermore, the rib can collect dusts and the foreign objects and discharge them out of the through holes. Therefore, the structure of wiper is simplified and can be used for a long time without maintenance.

    摘要: A transmission system with a lubrication device is disclosed. The lubrication device is defined with an accommodation trough and an oil hole. In the accommodation trough is disposed a guiding assembly. The guiding assembly cooperates with the accommodation trough to define an oil storage space for accommodation of lubricating grease. The oil storage space is in communication with the oil hole. A power module is connected to the guiding assembly to drive the guiding assembly at regular intervals to make the lubricating grease overflow to the linear transmission system through the oil hole to perform the lubrication.

    摘要: A dustproof device for a ball screw disposed on an end surface of a nut comprises: an absorber, an oil scraping piece and a wiping member. The absorber is made of liquid-absorbing material. The oil scraping piece has an oil scraping portion contacting the surface of the screw. The wiping member is formed with a threaded portion for meshing with the surface of the screw. And a plurality of protrusions is formed between the wiping member and the oil scraping piece for defining at least one radial through hole between the wiping member and the oil scraping piece. Therefore, the dustproof device can block and remove powder and liquid, and prevent lubricant leakage out of the nut and can absorb a tiny amount of cutting fluid passing through the oil scraping piece.

The two preload pieces are mounted between the screw nuts in such a manner that the slant surfaces of the two preload pieces abut against each other, by such arrangements, a combined thickness of the two preload pieces will be changed by a relative displacement between the preload pieces, and in this way, a preload between the screw nuts is adjusted.

The first angle of the upper wall surface is smaller or equal to a minimum lead angle of the ball screw and the second inclined angle of the lower wall surface is smaller or equal to a maximum lead angle of the ball screw. So it is suitable for ball screws with different leads.
