摘要： A lubrication apparatus is for a ball screw unit in which the grease state lubricant is used. There is formed a helical guide track in the lubrication apparatus. When the ball screw unit operates, a guide member rotates with the bolt, the grease stored in the guide track will flow ahead to the front terminal of the guide track and ooze out of the grease outlet to lubricate the bolt with the aid of a pressure produced due to the inertia of the flowing fluid, and the quantity of the oozed grease is determined by the size of the grease outlet. The lubrication of the ball screw unit can be performed automatically without relying on the external force.

摘要： A transmission system with a lubrication device is disclosed. The lubrication device is defined with an accommodation trough and an oil hole. In the accommodation trough is disposed a guiding assembly. The guiding assembly cooperates with the accommodation trough to define an oil storage space for accommodation of lubricating grease. The oil storage space is in communication with the oil hole. A power module is connected to the guiding assembly to drive the guiding assembly at regular intervals to make the lubricating grease overflow to the linear transmission system through the oil hole to perform the lubrication.

The tubular member is preferably formed by two half members.

摘要： A lubricating device with heating function is provided with a heat conduction member between the lubricating device and the movable member, the heat conduction member absorbs the heat generated by the motion of movable member and transmits the heat to the oil tank, so as to reduce the viscosity of the lubrication stored in the oil tank, and consequently, the heated and reduced-in-viscosity lubrication can easily be absorbed by the oil guiding member by capillary action. When the movable member stops moving, the temperature of the lubrication returns to normal and no capillary action will occur, therefore, the lubricating device is capable of controlling start and stop of the action of lubrication transmission by itself without using any other control device, and thus preventing lubrication leakage.

摘要： A lubricating device with heating function is provided with a heat conduction member between the lubricating device and the movable member, the heat conduction member absorbs the heat generated by the motion of movable member and transmits the heat to the oil tank, so as to reduce the viscosity of the lubrication stored in the oil tank, and consequently, the heated and reduced-in-viscosity lubrication can easily be absorbed by the oil guiding member by capillary action. When the movable member stops moving, the temperature of the lubrication returns to normal and no capillary action will occur, therefore, the lubricating device is capable of controlling start and stop of the action of lubrication transmission by itself without using any other control device, and thus preventing lubrication leakage.
