摘要： A suitcase lock with indicator that can be opened either by setting a combination or by a key, in which a key tumbler is additionally fitted to the suitcase lock, and tongues located at a lower portion of a swing plate clamp connect to a slider. A groove at one end of the slider enables a push rod of the key tumbler to be clamped therein, and sloping grooves defined on another end enable the tongues of the swing plate to be displaced therein. In general, dials are used to control cuttings or circular arcs on the sleeves to operate the swing plate and enable hooking or unhooking to a locked object, thereby opening and closing the lock. The suitcase lock of the present invention is characterized in having an indicator for indicating whether the suitcase lock has been opened by a key, wherein the indicator includes an indicator member connected to the housing to enable movement between first and second positions, and the indicator member displays a first surface that is viewable through a window of the housing when in the first position, and displays a second viewable surface when in the second position, wherein the first surface and the second surface differ in appearance from each other.

摘要： The present invention provides a dial for a combination lock, which mainly includes a toothed wheel additionally configured on a side of conventional type dial provided with an internally mounted notched wheel. A plurality of external teeth are circum-located on an outer edge of the toothed wheel, and a center of another notched wheel is provided with a rotating shaft, lateral to which is provided with a notch. A plurality of teeth spacings circum-located on an outer edge of the notched wheel mutually engage with external teeth of the notched wheel of the dial. Accordingly, the dial is able to simultaneously actuate and rotate two notched wheels, thereby improving innovative effectiveness of the combination lock.

A slide member is mounted in the female buckle member for restraining movement of the strap. An end of the strap is pullable to further tighten the luggage even if the male and female buckle members are engaged with each other, yet loosening of the strap by pulling the end of the strap in the opposite direction is prevented. A pull tab holder is mounted in the male buckle member for receiving two pull tabs of a zipper of the luggage. The pull tab holder is retained in place by the female buckle member when the male and female buckle members are engaged with each other.

摘要： A locating device for a numeral wheel of a numeral lock, comprising a lock body, several numeral wheels, notched wheels and springs, wherein a locating channel is formed on a surface of the notched wheel in front of projections thereof and a latch spring is disposed in the locating channel. The latch spring has upward projecting portions, whereby when the notched wheel is fitted into the numeral wheel, the projecting portions of the latch spring and the projections of the notched wheel are all engaged with recesses of the numeral wheel. When it is desired to adjust or change a lock code, a pushing pin is used to push the notched wheel backward so as to disengage the projections from the recesses while keeping the projecting portions of the latch spring resiliently engaged with the recesses. Therefore, the numeral wheel can be rotarily adjusted and located without totally disengaging from the notched wheel so as to avoid poor location and jumping of the numeral wheel.
