    摘要: Various embodiments for data throttling are disclosed. One embodiment is a method performed by a mobile device for managing a voice call. The method comprises determining a voice call status. Based on the voice call status, a determination is made on whether at least one application executing on the mobile device is concurrently accessing data via the mobile device during an active call. In response to the occurrence of an active call and concurrent data access by the mobile device, the data access mode used by the mobile device for accessing the data is determined. Based on the determined data mode, data access by the at least one application is suppressed.

The switch has a first terminal to receive the input signal and transmit it to a second terminal thereof in the sample period. The first terminal of the first capacitor couples to the second terminal of the first switch, and the second terminal of the first capacitor couples to a first voltage for storing the sampling result of the input signal. The amplifier couples to the second terminal of the first switch, wherein the amplifier is disabled in the sample period, and the amplifier is enabled to generate the output signal according to the sampling result in the hold period.

    摘要: A low-power-consumption source driver for a liquid crystal display is provided. Morethan one middle voltage level for the level shifter and the output buffer is provided, in addition to the power supply voltage level VDD and the ground level GND, to provide different voltage levels for image data of different polarities. Hence, amplitude of the operational voltage of the level shifters and the analog circuits with different polarities can be reduced. It also can reduce the amplitude of the operational voltage of the level shifter and can reduce significantly the dynamic power consumption of the level shifter and the DAC. Because the voltage amplitude of the circuit is reduced and a low-voltage tolerated device can be used, so that the present invention can further reduce the cost of the circuit.

    摘要: A method for driving a liquid crystal display is provided. The liquid crystal display includes a plurality of data lines, and each the data line corresponds to a plurality of pixels. In the method, a plurality of specific polarity distributions is used to drive the pixels of each of the data line. A first frame has a first specific polarity distribution, and a successive second frame after the first frame has a second specific polarity distribution. A third frame after the second frame has a third specific polarity distribution, and a fourth frame after the third frame has a fourth specific polarity distribution. It is noted that the first, the second, the third and the fourth specific polarity distributions are different from each other.
