Abstract:
A system and method of mobile content sharing and delivery in an integrated network environment, comprising; a first mobile terminal serving as information provider, a home server, and a second mobile terminal serving as information receiver. The information of said first mobile terminal is transmitted to said second mobile terminal through said home server, and that information can be stored in said home server for direct downloading of file by said second mobile terminal in an asynchronous transmission manner; when said first mobile terminal moves and switches to another network environment, said second mobile terminal still can request and download said information through said home server. A double key protection scheme is further provided in safeguarding secure transaction of information.
Abstract:
Methods for dynamic information transmission. Data objects having the highest broadcast positions respectively in the data object sequences are acquired as multiple candidate data objects. A measure for each candidate data object is calculated using a GMF (gain measure function). One candidate data object is pushed in an output queue contingent upon the measures thereof, enabling the pushed candidate data object to be transmitted before the other candidate data objects to a client apparatus via the output queue.
Abstract:
An apparatus for voice command processing comprising a mobile agent execution platform is provided. The mobile agent execution platform comprises a native platform, at least one agent, a mobile agent execution context, and a mobile agent management unit. The mobile agent execution context provides an application interface, enabling the agent to access resources of the native platform via the application interface. The mobile agent management unit performs initiation, running, suspension, resumption and dispatch of the agent. The agent performs functions regarding voice command processing.
Abstract:
A method for state synchronization, performed by a first electronic apparatus, comprises the following steps. A local cache of the first electronic apparatus stores a first service state value. It is determined whether the first service state value has expired before receiving a next event notification. A second service state value is acquired by issuing a request to a service resident on a second electronic apparatus when determining that the first service state value has expired. The second service state value is stored in the local cache. The first electronic apparatus continually connects to a network. The next event notification is utilized to carry the newest service state value.
Abstract:
A method is utilized for scheduling sequence of broadcasting data items in an on-demand broadcast system. The system includes a plurality of data items. The method includes receiving a plurality of requests, calculating a request number of the plurality of requests, calculating a waiting time and an accumulated waiting time relative to a current time of each request, calculating a weighted value according to the request number and the accumulative waiting time, and scheduling the sequence of broadcasting the data item of the plurality of requests according to the weighted value.
Abstract:
A security method includes reading an international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) number of a subscriber identity module (SIM) card and an identity number of a near field communication (NFC) card of the mobile phone; detecting if the IMSI number matches first data stored in memory of the mobile phone, detecting if the identity number matches second data stored in the memory, and when the IMSI number and the identity number respectively match the first and the second set of data stored in the memory, the mobile phone enables the NFC card. The security method allows a consumer to feel more secure when the NFC card is used.
Abstract:
A backward location update method for location management in wireless PCNs is provided. The VLR employs an intelligent micro procedure to determine different types of location update requests and performs a backward location update in the HLR only when required by call or short message delivery. Accordingly, the VLR avoids unnecessary location updates in the HLR.

Abstract:
Methods and systems for media data accessing in an intra network are provided. The intra network is coupled to at least one universal plug-and-play (UPnP) device and a gateway and the UPnP device communicates with the gateway using the UPnP protocol. First, the UPnP device issues a request to the gateway. Then, the gateway performs a data download operation with a device in an external peer-to-peer (P2P) network to obtain a media data therefrom according to the received request.
