摘要: A method of manufacturing a microwire or a nanowire formed of a metal-containing compound having a desired composition, including the steps of: (1) preparing a vapor or gas of an organometal compound and, if required, a vapor or gas of an optically excitable organic compound and/or a vapor or gas of reactive organic compound; (2) introducing the vapor or gas prepared in the step (1) into a reaction vessel; and (3) irradiating the vapor or gas introduced into the reaction vessel in the step (2) with a light having a wavelength which is absorbed by at least one of the organometal compound and the optically excitable organic compound.
