Abstract:
The present invention discloses an optical touch control apparatus, comprising: a light guide module having an optical information capturing position, the light guide module guiding light to the optical information capturing position, and generating optical information according to light input through or reflected from the optical information capturing position; and an image sensor module for sensing the optical information, and generating an electronic signal according to the optical information.
Abstract:
A method for exchanging signals with a computer system through a wired and wireless communication in an input device of the computer system includes determining whether the input device connects to the computer system through a wire or not, and exchanging signals with the computer system through wireless communication when the input device cannot connect to the computer system through the wire.
Abstract:
A displacement detection method includes the steps of: capturing a first image and a second image, and obtaining a displacement variation according to the first and the second images; comparing the displacement variation with at least one threshold value; and adaptively adjusting a displacement sensitivity outputted from a displacement detection apparatus according a comparison result of comparing the displacement variation with the threshold value. The present invention further provides a displacement detection apparatus.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for increasing a report rate of a wireless mouse for decreasing delay time of the wireless mouse, which includes: selecting a packet mode from a plurality of packet modes and inputting data corresponding to the selected packet mode for forming a packet according to control signals inputted into the wireless mouse; and outputting the packet through a radio-frequency channel. The present invention further provides a method for reducing power consumption of a mouse, which includes: detecting a moving speed of the mouse; and transmitting packets with a low report rate when the moving speed of the mouse is less than a default value.
Abstract:
A single chip device includes a first transmission interface connected to an external testing device, a second transmission interface connected to the testing device, and a processor unit coupled to the first and second transmission interfaces and operable in one of a normal operating mode, where data transmission between the single chip device and the testing device is performed at a first transmission rate via the first transmission interface, and a testing mode, where data transmission between the single chip device and the testing device is performed at a second transmission rate different from the first transmission rate via the second transmission interface. A method and system for testing the single chip device are also disclosed.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a remote controllable video display system and a controller therefor, wherein positional information is generated by a sensor according to light from a light source. The controller includes a button with a predetermined function, wherein when the button is pressed or released, the status of the button (pressed or released) is outputted but (i) the positional information is not outputted or not processed within a predetermined period of time; or (ii) the positional information is not outputted or not processed when the remote controller has an acceleration larger than a predetermined value. Or, when the button is pressed once, the controller outputs double-click or multiple-click action information.
