摘要: A bidirectional optical scanner assisting in mammography is revealed. The optical scanner that calculates functional images obtained by diffuse optical tomography, used in combination with a mammography machine can reduce the number of mammograms taken and the dose exposure. The bidirectional optical scanner includes a compression module, a first optical detection module, and a second optical detection module. The same test position of the tested breast can be detected twice in different directions by the first and the second optical detection modules. No matter where the tumor is located, the tumor can be detected. Besides structural images provided by the mammography machine, functional tomographic images of the breast are obtained by the bidirectional optical scanner. Thus diagnostic accuracy in the detection of breast cancer is improved.

摘要: A method of operating a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) using a bit line and a bit line bar is disclosed. The DRAM stores data by using a charge storage device, which is coupled to the bit line via a switch device. A voltage drop occurs when the switch device is turned on. The method programs the charge storage device with a first voltage or a zero voltage in response to a power voltage reduction due to the voltage drop. For accessing the data, the bit line and the bit line bar are charged to the power voltage, the switch device is turned on and the data stored in the charge storage device is determined according to a voltage difference between the bit line and the bit line bar.

摘要: A collapsible baby chair suitable for suspending on a rigid surface through a supporting frame with which the chair is clamped from the rigid surface, the supporting frame including a pair of U-shaped members pivoted with each other intermediately at the transverse sections thereof, the two members can be swung through a circular angle with respect to each other, in turn, the longitudinal sections of the U-shaped members on each side are separated and receive the rigid surface to be clamped. A seat member consists of a cloth sling having two sides, suspended on the longitudinal at the two sides, with an extension of the side rolled inwardly in such a manner as to accept the two adjacent longitudinal sections, and the edge portion thereof being inserted into the separation from the inner side, in such a manner, as the cloth ends are interposed between the two adjacent longitudinal sections, therefore, the two adjacent sections will be drawn near and hold down the edge portion of the rigid surface squeezed therebetween due to the downward force caused by the weight of the baby on the seat.
