A ceramic control valve includes a valve casing, and a control device including a linking seat and a control lever. The drive block of the control lever has a spherical surface. The receiving hole of the linking seat has a wall having a first portion in contact with the spherical surface of the drive block and a second portion spaced from the spherical surface of the drive block, thereby forming a plurality of gaps. Thus, the gaps located between the drive block and the receiving hole keep a smooth circulation of the air flow, thereby preventing the drive block from being jammed in the receiving hole due to deformation of heat expansion, so that the control lever is operated normally.

The present invention relates to a toner cartridge, which contains the toner directly in a housing. The housing has an opening. A plug is disposed in the housing where the opening is. The plug has a small diameter portion that has a diameter smaller than the opening. A piston is disposed in the housing to be biased by an elastic member to the plug for sealing the opening. Such toner cartridge has a simple structure to reduce the cost of fabrication and use and has a function of preventing leaking toner.

A groove is defined between the first and second flat surfaces so as to receive grease therein. A hot water inlet, a cold water inlet and an outlet are defined through the first flat surface. A movable plate is mounted on the fixed plate and has an adjusting recess defined in an underside thereof. The movable plate is driven by a control rod extending through the body.

An apparatus and a method for oxidizing silicon substrates by either a wet oxidation or a dry oxidation process in the same oxidation chamber are provided. In the apparatus, an additional conduit is provided for evacuating any residual water vapor trapped in a conduit section between an external torch and the oxidation chamber such that residual water vapor does not flow into the oxidation chamber and cause problems for a dry oxidation process subsequently conducted. The present invention novel apparatus therefore allows thin silicon oxide films such as those used in gate oxides to be formed with high quality in the same oxidation chamber. The present invention novel apparatus further allows high quality tri-layered silicon oxide films to be formed in a dry-wet-dry oxidation process for achieving satisfactory deposition rates and high quality oxide films on the substrate. The present invention novel apparatus and method further allows the same oxidation chamber to be used in a dry oxidation process immediately following a wet oxidation process.

This invention provides a circuit bonding detection device, a detection method thereof and an electro-optical apparatus incorporating the circuit bonding detection device. The circuit bonding detection device includes a substrate, a circuit module, a set of sensors, and a detection unit. A plurality of contact pads is disposed on the substrate. The circuit module includes a plurality of conductive bumps corresponding to the contact pads. The sensors are disposed on two sides of at least one of contact pads or of the corresponding conductive bumps. The detection unit is electrically coupled with the set of sensors and transmits a fault signal when at least one of the contact pads and the corresponding conductive bumps deforms and contacts the sensors.
