摘要： A lockable shutter assembly has first and second shutters mounted operatively to a building and movable between open and closed positions. The locking assembly includes a bracket member that extends longitudinally along a gap formed between the shutters when in the closed position. The bracket member is mounted at its respective ends to top and bottom portions of a shutter opening via mounting plates. The bracket member includes at least one through bore formed along the length of the bracket member. A selectively releasable interlock member is slidably received in the through bore. The locking device can releasably engage the bracket member and/or the interlock member. Another interlock member can be used to secure the locking device to the bracket member.

摘要： A shutter assembly mounts to a building and includes a right stile and a left stile disposed in spaced opposing relationship with one another. A first bar is mounted to the right stile and presents at least one recess facing outwardly away from the right stile for receiving a decorative member. A second bar opposing the first bar is mounted to the left stile and presents at least one recess facing and opposing the recess of the first bar for receiving the decorative member. The first and second bars each have at least one biasing device extending into the respective recesses of the first and second bars and engage the decorative member for biasing the decorative member outwardly away from the respective stiles to prevent movement of the decorative member relative to the stiles.

摘要： A plastic window assembly is adapted to be mounted in an opening defined by a structure. The plastic window assembly is oval-shaped with a decorative plastic window muntin. A plastic frame supports parallel window panes. The window muntin is disposed between the parallel window panes. Flat surfaces of the window muntin have a first edge and a second edge and include a ridge disposed along each of the edges. Marring of the window panes is prevented because the ridge provides for line contact between the window muntin and the window panes. The window muntin may also be integrally molded to a plastic pane disposed between the parallel panes of glass. The plastic pane includes a surface texture that simulates frosted glass. The plastic window assembly includes a plurality of liner panels that extend through the opening from an interior of the structure. The window assembly includes a flange having aperture throughwhich fasteners are inserted to secure the window assembly to the structure. An exterior trim ring attaches to the outside of the window assembly and over siding on the structure. An interior trim ring attaches to a flange in the liner panel to give a finished appearance. All exposed surfaces include a surface texture that simulates wood grain.

In one embodiment, first and second pilaster bases receive first and second cover plates in recesses, wherein the recesses have a lip along at least two sides and the cover plates are mounted flush with the pilaster bases and covering the lips. Further, a mantle base having a central portion comprising regularly repeating reinforced sectional structural receives a mantle cover thereover such that the mantle base in generally obscured from view. The pilaster and mantle bases each include decorative ends integrally formed thereon.

摘要： The invention includes an end cover (32) for disposition over an end of a mantel (20). The end cover (32) presents a front corner (38) extending between an upper wall (34) and a lower wall (36) and is symmetrical rearwardly to a pair of side edges (42) from the front corner (38) whereby the end cover (32) may be disposed over either end of the mantel (20). 摘要： The subject invention provides a portable saw table assembly for cutting a material longitudinally, laterally, and at various angles thereto. The assembly includes a first and a second table rail being parallel and spaced from each other and each extending between a proximal end and a distal end. A saw rail is moveably supported by the first and the second table rails for moving longitudinally along the table rails between the proximal and the distal ends and a mounting plate is moveably supported by the saw rails to allow movement of the mounting plate laterally along the saw rail between the first table rail and the second table rail. A saw plate is rotateably supported by the mounting plate for carrying a saw to cut the material. A guide bar is disposed diagonally relative to the first and the second table rails and engages the saw plate to guide the saw plate diagonally in response to simultaneous movement of the saw rail longitudinally and the mounting plate laterally.

The socket connection includes a mate portion and a female portion in sliding engagement with one another as the bending member moves between a pre-bending position, a first operating position, and a second operating position. A finger extends from the male portion and defines a gap between the finger and the extension when in the pre-bending position with the finger maintaining the gap as the finger moves from the pre-bending position to the first operating position and the finger engaging the extension when in the second operating position.

摘要： A surround molding assembly for a doorway or window of a structure includes a pair of vertical molding members releasably secured by independent hanger strips along vertical sides of a doorway. The hanger strips include securing portions which releasably engage with securing portions of the vertical molding members to eliminate the need for nails, screws or the like. A mantle molding member is provided and fixedly secured over a top portion of the doorway without the need for external fastening elements. An internal corner member is positioned adjacent each end of the mantle molding member to direct water away from the doorway. In another embodiment a header assembly is disclosed which is adapted to be secured to an uneven exterior surface of a structure such as aluminum or vinyl siding.
