    摘要: A system for deploying an undersea anchor is provided, where the system includes a controller programmed and configured to monitor the drilling and grouting of micropiles in real-time and compare the metrics detected by such monitoring against pre-determined design criteria to substantially ensure micropile deployment meets the design criteria upon completion of the drilling and grouting process during micropile deployment. The system may also include means for pre-tensioning the micropiles after deployment, where the controller is programmed and configured to determine whether the pre-tensioning process conforms to design criteria.

    摘要: A buoyant subsurface float is configured to provide a stable platform below a surface of a deep water upon a sea floor. The buoyant subsurface float has a platform configured to be buoyant and submerged in the deep water. A tethering system is attached to the platform and further attached to the sea floor. The tethering system holds the platform at an intermediate depth of water between the surface and the sea floor. A surface equipment is attached to the platform and configured to perform a function normally performed on a surface of shallow water.
