摘要： The present invention relates to an isolated antibody, or antigen binding fragment thereof, which specifically binds to an extracellular domain of CD300f, wherein the antibody, or antigen binding fragment thereof, comprises a heavy chain variable region which comprises: (a) an amino acid sequence that is at least 70% identical to the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; and/or (b) a complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1) that comprises the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2, a complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2) that comprises an amino acid sequence that is represented by SEQ ID NO: 3, and/or a complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) that comprises an amino acid sequence that is represented by SEQ ID NO: 4, compositions comprising the antibody, antigen binding fragment thereof, and uses for therapy.
