    摘要： Processes and systems for utilizing restaurant waste are provided. The restaurant waste may include food products, paper products, glass products, plastic products, and combinations thereof. The process may include grinding the restaurant waste to produce ground restaurant waste, having a maximum particle size of about 0.075 mm; forming a slurry comprising the ground restaurant waste and water; and maintaining the slurry at a pH greater than about 7 in a storage container. The slurry and/or the ground restaurant waste may be sterilized and fed to one or more digestive organisms, including but not limited to worms, bacteria, fungi, molds, and combinations thereof.
