摘要： A sprue device for an injection mold includes a first part and a second part. The sprue device is sealed and water-cooled so as to reduce overall molding time. The connecting section defines spiral grooves. The second part includes a chassis and an extension from the chassis. The chassis is defined with a through hole, and two gates communicated with the through hole respectively. The spiral grooves mate with the wall of the mounting hole to form a spiral runner. The gates, the through hole, and the spiral runner communicate with each other. An injection mold using the sprue device is also described.

摘要： An injection mold includes a mold base defined with a sliding slot, a mold core detachably mounted in the mold base, and a plurality of securing devices. The mold base includes an upper mold base and a lower mold base. The mold core includes an upper mold core and a lower mold core detachably connected with the upper mold core. The mold core defines a slider. The slider slides in the sliding slot of the mold base to move the mold core in or out of the mold base. The upper mold core defines a first securing groove, and the lower mold core defines a second securing groove. The securing devices are mounted in the upper mold base and the lower mold base. The securing devices secure the first and the second securing grooves, allowing the mold core to attach to the mold base.

摘要： A die extractor is used for pulling a workpiece out of a mold assembly, and includes a screw, a connection assembly and a nut assembly. The shaft defines a screw hole at one end of the shaft and an external screw thread. The nut assembly defines an inner screw thread. One end of the connection assembly is rotatably connected to the workpiece, the other end of the connection assembly is rotatably fixed in and connected to the screw hole of the shaft. The shaft passes through the nut assembly, the nut assembly may be twisted to drive the shaft and the connection assembly to rotate in a preset direction and the connection assembly pulls the workpiece out from the mold assembly.
